Don't shop anywhere else!! I did extensive research and visited many dealerships prior to my purchase of a 2015 Ford Escape. Some made me wait a long time as the salesperson waited in line to review and find what the manager thought was the best "offer " they could give me and some were high pressure salesmen. At Bob Gillingham Ford I found the experience much different. They actually found more discounts for me without me asking! The best part of all is when I was unhappy with my decision they allowed me to change my mind. The management staff stated they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase --are you kidding me! I returned my car, ordered a new one all without blame and humiliation. I will purchase any future cars at Bob Gillingham ford!! More
