Tuesday still no paperwork. Wednesday no paperwork. Thursday, I received an email stating that it was sold on Tuesday. The online sales manager and the finance manager were never on the same page, and the sales manager was very hard to reach. I would not do business with them ever. I called and spoke with a different manager and he said that if we didn't put a deposit down on the car that it was first come, first serve. I agree that this makes sense but we were never asked to put down a deposit. I was only told to bring my down payment when I picked up the vehicle. Friendly doesn't work when nothing get's done right. More

Another Very Satisfied Customer I started my search on the internet for my next Ford Truck a few days ago. I found a 2014 Ford F150 King Ranch at Bob Gillingham Ford in Parma, OH. Dave Bundas told me (via email) it was a Demo with 5,500 miles on the truck, but that did not deter me. My salesman was Bill Bell, who is very knowledgeable about ALL Fords and especially Ford Trucks. We went for a ride and I was convinced this truck was for me. We (Sales Manager Scott Lockhart, Bill Bell Truck Sales/Inventory Manager, and myself), worked out a deal a great Trade-In Value (on a 2007 Ford F150 Lariat), incredible rebates, Super Financing, and an Incredible Vehicle Price on my New Ford F150 King Ranch. The Financial Services Manager Curt Brown handled all of the complicated paperwork better than I could have expected. I even left the same day with my new Ford F150 King Ranch Pickup Truck on the same day.
