Back and forth over an over priced car. Then when we finally come to an agreement on the car the paper work not done. No sooner do I leave the dealer and get almost home do I realize it hAd no gas and the check engine light comes on. The whole car died by the side of the road and still wouldn't start with gas or a jump. I call the sales managers store and cell phone no answer or call back. Ended up stranded for 4 hrs in the snow before the police found a tow company who works for this dealer to take the car back and take me and my pregnant sister home More

Went to buy a car for my son and it turned into a nightmare at this place! Vehicle was overpriced to begin with but still wanted to see about buying it. General Manager refused to budge on price yet nightmare at this place! Vehicle was overpriced to begin with but still wanted to see about buying it. General Manager refused to budge on price yet held onto my $500 deposit for almost a full month before we finally bought the car. 2 days later engine light comes on and we take it back to Dennison Auto Center only to have the General Manager say: Sorry, nothing I can do. I will never buy from this place again and hope others steer clear of it too! More

These guys really know how to treat a customer. I didn't feel that I was given the "hard sell" that you get at most dealerships. Everyone there seemed to be in a good mood and I felt that they really wanted feel that I was given the "hard sell" that you get at most dealerships. I was able to get out from under a payment that was haunting me from a previous dealer interaction and put into a car that fit into my budget and is everything I could ask for. When I went in to buy my car- the sales manager guaranteed that someone took a look at it to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. We had to fight them to replace the tires with used ones sinc guaranteed that someone took a look at it to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. We had to fight them to replace the tires with used ones since the tread was not legal and when we took it home that night we realized that it needed a new alternator. It took a lot of arguing and patience to get them to even cover some of the cost for a "new" used one. On top of that, I told them what I wanted warranty wise and everything and they could barely work with me on that one. The sales manager yelled at the salesman (who wasn't a bad guy) for giving us the deal that we even had. That sales manager was a jerk and last I heard he got fired and went on to another dealership in town. I can guarantee you that I will not shop at this dealership or the one that hired this guy. More
