Melissa, very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I did check to make sure the tires that you purchased were 1) New and 2) specifications for your vehicle and please to tell you that they are. Also happy to see that we were able to provide a discount on those tires. I can assure you money does not come first. This most recent repair you had done yielded no extra income for the company. In regards to repairs after the sale, we price all of our vehicles accordingly and if we do a deal for a customer seldom will pay for additional items after a deal is completed unless there was something missed in inspections. If there are cosmetic issues, we try to address as many as we can prior to a customer purchasing but we do not claim that we can sell every vehicle without exterior wear and tear. It's just not possible after the sale. During the sale, we are able to negotiate this but we make sure that when the paperwork is signed that both parties agree that we owe you nothing and you owe us nothing. That's the only way we have found that the price is negotiated fairly and without additional variables. Optimal timing. For quick services (air filter, oil change, rotation, wipers) we try to keep the visits to no more than 45 minutes with a detailed inspection but 30 minutes is smoking fast. Appreciate the feedback Cole and thank you for your business. -Justin Harmon (General Manager)
