DO NOT trust their service department! I took my car to them for a repair that was covered under the warranty, and they still tried to tack on labor/diagnostic charges which were above and beyond what the them for a repair that was covered under the warranty, and they still tried to tack on labor/diagnostic charges which were above and beyond what the warranty would cover. Basically, they weren't satisfied with the amount of money they would get from the job since it was warranty work, so they tried to charge me for twice the amount of time they were paid for. Undoubtedly, this is not the only way they try to cheat those who make the mistake of trusting them to have some sense of pride or integrity about their work. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! whether they deserve it or not. If anyone knows of a dealership who cares about offering quaility service in the Columbus, Oh area, please let me know! More
