I took my car in for an issue and after spending almost $1000 on stuff I clearly didn’t need, I got my car back with the same issues. I took it back three times and they returned it each time with a bill f $1000 on stuff I clearly didn’t need, I got my car back with the same issues. I took it back three times and they returned it each time with a bill for work performed that were not fixed. And, after dropping my car off, no one could tell me when the work would begin, which was important to allowing me to get a loaner car. So, I sat for a solid week without any transportation or even a ballpark estimate of when the work might start or how long the work would take. As a mother with 2 kids, not having transportation is extremely challenging. I hope this service department can get a better handle on their work and provide better customer service. More
