First experience was great I had to bring my van in for a recall and while I was there I had my oil changed. They were very accommodating to schedule me in early and my vehicle I had to bring my van in for a recall and while I was there I had my oil changed. They were very accommodating to schedule me in early and my vehicle was done quickly. They also gave me this really cool print out of an inspection that they did. It was an As-is sale, before being handed my keys I was informed by the sale consultant that service found a brake line that needed to be replaced before giving me the vehicle, so I waited until everything was in order and drove my car home, not even 2 weeks later my brake light pops on and I e-mailed the sale consultant being worried if the new brake line that was installed wasn't installed properly, he told me that the service man wanted me to bring the vehicle back to get looked at and I did, I was later informed that my calipers were leaking brake fluid and that they were going to get my brake system in order but i'd have to wait another day because they needed to order a part, I was not charged for the service they provided me and was handed my keys, almost 2 months later on my way to work my brakes failed completely, and thank goodness there wasn't a car in front of me because I could've been seriously hurt or worse. With my hazards I brought my car back to Bob Caldwell and they informed me that a brake lines needed to be replaced,they made it sound so simple and wanted to charge me $400 for labor, I didn't have that much money so i sent it over to another mechanic across the street that would do it for more of my price range and come to find out after they showed me the more in depth actual damage my brake lines were severely corroded, I texted the salesman who sold the car to me and he tried to make it sound like the current winter season was able cause all of the corrosion, as much corrosion is on my vehicle it was not developed from just one winter season and was failed to be brought to my attention before being sold the vehicle and both times my vehicle was serviced after going through my paper work, the carfax information that was first shown to me didn't match the car that was sold to me, so I was told about great quality of one car and got sold another. If you value your wallet let alone your life, I would not recommend getting any service from this dealership! More

The main reason I went with this company is because the salesmen reasurred me that they'd take care of my vehicle if anything ever went wrong. They even talked to me into purchasing 2 types of protection & spoke well of their service department. I learned weeks later that once the car is sold, you no longer can count on the salespersons word to be valid. The dash of my vehicle went out, I reported it and even made an appt. Once I arrived, I learned the lady never put my appt down, it was unfortunate being that I took the day off. I contacted the GM, who came to the car and said if its working now theres nothing we can do. He then got in my car flipped the blinker & told me I was fine, only come back if it does it again. I thought this was strange that they didnt try to check for any shortage or anything..I mean my blinkers and wipers had went out! The next incident involved a Saturday appt, after an hour the original lad who failed to record my appt comes out and asked if they could take me home because it would be a few hours and the suspension mechanic had a lot of cars to work on. Again I find this strange, being that I had an appointment. i declined and decided to sit and wait, after 2 more hours, she comes back and says she didnt find anything. Basically said they didnt hear the sound I reported, nor was there any pulling while driving. She however said they wanted me to bring my car back so that the main suspension guy could look at the car. She started getting frustrated with me when I asked about the warranties I purchased, she acted as if she knew nothing about them. In one instance, she ignored me completely. She essentially told me it would be $98 for this other guy to look at my car. I get in my car to leave & sure enough there is a sound. I went back that Saturday to have the manager of the shop ride and listen to the sound. He says, I hear the sound but its not the sound our guy would be listening for... instead of fixing the issue with my car, they again tried to blow me off. Ive read other reviews & realize the service center is really good for that. They didn't even attempt to fix the problem, even after recognizing there was an issue. I wouldn't recommend this dealership because if something goes wrong, they will not try to help. Ive called about this issue, one person took my information and agreed to call back...it's been a week! Dont be fooled by the sales pitch, there's no integrity in the way they run this place. Im very disappointed because I had faith in this company, thats why I purchased the car from that lot. They attempted to tell me anything about my car because they assumed i didnt know any better. shame on you! More

I've been a crysler customer for over 5 years never had any problems going to the dealer, I took my 2007 Jeep Liberty to this dealer, informed them of a small leak on the ground, they misdiagnosed my c had any problems going to the dealer, I took my 2007 Jeep Liberty to this dealer, informed them of a small leak on the ground, they misdiagnosed my car and I paid $250 for a transmission seal repair I didn't even need, and the car was still leaking where I had informed them before, after a month of me continuing to complain about the leak and taking time out of my busy schedule to keep going there, they then tell me Oh it's your water pump, that's been leaking all this time, and you wouldn't have seen a leak on the ground from the transmission seal, but we can fix that for your for an additional $600.00. WHAT!?they didn't even try to make it right from the previous misstake, all they kept saying was, well you needed the transmission seal fixed too. Now tell me, why would I believe what I paid $250 for a legitimate problem, if they couldn't even find a water pump leak for a MONTH!!! which by the way sits directly in the front of my car, with nothing blocking it and they couldn't see the leak, but found a transmission seal leak REALLY!!!, Yes I admit, they got me, but fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. WARNING!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! More

I was a little skeptical since I drive a Chevrolet Equinox. My friend assured me that the body shop was equipped to handle all makes and models. Well....my friend was right. She did in fact know the best body shop in the city of Columbus. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the results of our repair. In fact, I come from a "car family" and they all said, "I thought you had to have body work on your car." They could not believe the quality work . I am convinced that I too now know the best body shop in Columbus and tell all of my friends the same. I would recommend Bob Caldwell's body shop and Ike Eversole and his team to anyone finding themselves in need of car repairs after being in an accident. More

I stopped in the other day, really needing an over due oil change. I had called several other places first, only to find I would have to make an appt, which I did not have time to do. When my business took me to the North side, I pulled into Bob Caldwell. Much to my surprise, they were able to take me immediately! Not only did I not have to make an appt., the service people were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was most impressed with how quickly I got in and out, letting me continue on with my busy day. Thanks for continuing with the good service your dealership has been known for , for many years.
