There were a few things that needed addressed on the vehicle and Marc, the salesman had told us he would check on the service requests in the system and get back to us. We called probably 15 different times (on different days, spread out) to try to get an answer and resolution on a few things that needed addressed. He would either dodge our phone calls or tell us to use our warranty instead. We ended up trading the vehicle in for a different one in August. The (not Bob Brown) dealership let us know that our unused warranty would be credited back in a prorated amount for what was left. We waited the expected amount of days for the check to come, and it never did. We have now called and visited Bob Brown on Merle Hay over five times in the last two weeks attempting to get an answer as to where the check is. We've not received a single call back and if we ever get to the manager, Tim, he says he'll check on it. We call back again, and we typically get voicemail now. I do not recommend this dealership at all, as it has been nothing but a chase and a headache. Their customer service sucks. More

It had issues right after we drove it off of the lot. They fixed 1 thing but wouldn't a few other things even though it was within the 90 day time frame. Today we had to take it to a different dealership and traded it off. Stivers said that they couldn't do anything for us, because we didn't buy the extended warranty. The car was$9,000 and the warranty was $4,900. So we did purchase it. The issues we had today the other dealership said they could've hid it because it was warm when we purchased it from them. There 170 point inspection is a complete lie!! Lesson learned will never do business with them and will hopefully prevent future customers for them. I have already spread the word with fellow employees and people in the community I live in not to do business with them. So far 2 people went to Stew Hansen's to do business with them instead of Stivers. They both bought brand new vehicles. Glad that they lost out on at least 2 sales and hopefully a lot more in the future. More
Most knowledgeable and personable salesperson ever! The only reason the dealership did not get a perfect rating was we ran into a snag regarding rebates right at closing. We felt a bit deceived. A com The only reason the dealership did not get a perfect rating was we ran into a snag regarding rebates right at closing. We felt a bit deceived. A compromise was reached and things progressed fine from there. Our salesperson, Erik Trabert, was stellar and we would recommend him to anyone. Delivery of the car was great and not rushed. Friendliness of staff was over the top! More
I thought that we made a deal and sealed it with a hand shake. Well, a hand shake used to mean something but apparently not anymore. Two days later when we tried to pick up the car it turned out to be 4, shake. Well, a hand shake used to mean something but apparently not anymore. Two days later when we tried to pick up the car it turned out to be 4,000 dollars higher than agreed upon and when approached about it they all atarted to back pedal and refused to deal with the issue. Well, ok not all of them the GM wouldn't even talk to us because he was too scared. I guess they don't teach you how to deal with problems in college. NO I will never recomend this dealer to anyone ever! More
