Andy Brecht went well beyond the traditional call of duty to help us with a very serious and expensive problem with our GM. He is a perfect example of what good customer service should be. I can not recommen to help us with a very serious and expensive problem with our GM. He is a perfect example of what good customer service should be. I can not recommend him enough and would not go anywhere else for any service on my vehicles. Ironically I had just purchased a different vehicle at this dealership, our 3rd, two weeks prior.
