I had a heating issue in my 2003 Jeep Liberty. Brandon Ted And DJ all were a part in getting this resolved. we first troubleshoot minor issues (thermostat, core flush, water pump) in case it would have fi Ted And DJ all were a part in getting this resolved. we first troubleshoot minor issues (thermostat, core flush, water pump) in case it would have fixed the issue without having the huge cost of heater core. well it ended up being the heater core. it was full of sludge and sediment. there were some set backs regarding scheduling however that was satisfied. the bill was also over $200 LESS than expected. While the dealership is fine, I'm disappointed in the quality of my 2018 GMC Canyon. My Canyon has only 50,000 miles and is out of warranty. The blend door actuator for the truck's cabin heater failed wh quality of my 2018 GMC Canyon. My Canyon has only 50,000 miles and is out of warranty. The blend door actuator for the truck's cabin heater failed which resulted in a repair bill of $1700. The dealership quoted me $2100 but I found an independent repair mechanic that performed the work for $400 dollars less. The reason for the high cost is that the entire dash had to be removed to replace a $130 part. The labor took approximately 12 hours. First of all I am very disappointed in the design of this vehicle in that you have to perform that amount of labor to fix such a cheap part. Secondly, I can't believe that this part would fail after only 50,000 miles. After doing some research it looks like the 2015 through 2017 Canyons had this same problem, but GMC chose not to include this problem in a recall. GMC probably decided that it was too expensive to fix so they decided to let their customers pay the bill for this problem. I bought an American truck thinking that they knew how to design and build quality trucks because they make so many of them, but obviously I was wrong. I had not owned an American vehicle since 2002 but I will now only buy foreign vehicles in he future. Thanks a lot GMC, never again! More

Matt, I have had my vehicle in your shop ever since last year trying to find out why the traction and Stabiltrak lights come on and it is happening all the time now. I have had several things replaced only year trying to find out why the traction and Stabiltrak lights come on and it is happening all the time now. I have had several things replaced only to find out it still did not take care of the problem. Please look at all they have replaced on my vehicle. I do have an extended warranty on my vehicle so the parts have been covered. It has been a trial and error and nothing is working. I noticed this weekend that they even come on when you get in the car like it is the weight. I have a trailer and pulled it to the fair Saturday and the compressor for the rear suspension when it comes on it has an awful noise and it clicks and struggles to level. Its like the air pump or whatever is under there, cannot take the load. It also did it when I get in the vehicle if it is on an unlevel ground. It has a horrible noise trying to level. Also I had new back brakes put on and they are making noises too. Terry Tracy is aware of all this and Jeff is my person I call for service. Terry told me a little over a month ago that he would get my vehicle back in and give me a car to drive of which I have not heard from him or Jeff since I was last there. I left a message for Terry Friday and Jeff today. Please see what you can do, This is very annoying. More
My truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. Past experience with Roadside assistance has been horrible. The following day I got a call from the dealership and they said the wiring harness was bad and under warranty. They said it would be done the next day. I said I will be back in town on Wednesday (it was Thursday) and want it ready when I get back. They said it will be ready at 7 am on Wednesday. Well Wednesday rolls around I turn in the rental I have and show up to get my truck at 830 am and guess what it is not done. No phone call nothing. Getting a loaner is near impossible at this place. Every time you have to give them insurance ect. I do understand the need for these items but you would think they could keep it from the time before which in my case was 2 weeks. So I leave mad and without a vehicle to drive. Had someone their had the curtesy to call me I could have kept the rental I was already driving. Thanks a lot. Every time I go to this dealership it is a painful experience. I really like the GMC product line but I may have to look into a ford next time around. Every experience I have had with GMC and Chevrolet has been a bad one. Everything was under warranty but I still had over $1,000.00 in cost in tow bill and rental for a week so really what did I save. More
Very poor communication throughout. They had my car for a week before they even diagnosed my car. Once I agreed with the repairs, they raised the price by $1,900. Oil change and tire rotation. I received an email in advance of my scheduled maintenance as a reminder. I live out of town and arrived about 25 minutes early. The only negative comment I have is when I went to pay the bill. The gal at the desk did not smile or greet me when I approached her. I spoke to her first and all she said is OK. More
