I had been shopping for a Sierra Denali for about 4 months. I live near Kansas City and had been searching the country for the truck that I wanted. I definitely felt like she went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and respect my time. I can confidently say that they had the best price, by a long shot, on vehicles within my search area (400 miles). And although I acted like I was being robbed (just like my grandpa taught me), I was shocked by the deal I got my on truck! Cody was also easy to work with. He was very thorough at explaining the finance paperwork and quickly processed the transaction. All in all it was a little over two hours from the time I arrived at the dealership until I was southbound on I-35 with my new truck. Thanks for the great service and the easy transaction. I am jealous that Ankeny has such a great GMC dealership and I will certainly make the 4 hour drive back to Bob Brown to buy from Tracee for my wife. You guys were AWESOME!! More

I had an exceptional experience with Bob Brown Auto and with Tracee specifically. I never felt pressured into buying, nor did I feel pressure to buy outside my specified range of affordibility. I told her where I wanted to be at and brought back to the table exactly that. How nice that felt to not feel pressure or guilt after buying a new vehicle. Between my husband and myself we have visited and bought 8 new vehicles throughout the last 15 years.
