I purchased 16 vehicles from Bob Brockland and 2 in 2024 but never again.. Called Brockland service at 8:30 am 11/26 and said car would not start. Per Ronnie had it towed in to shop at 10:30 am. Called ser but never again.. Called Brockland service at 8:30 am 11/26 and said car would not start. Per Ronnie had it towed in to shop at 10:30 am. Called service 4 times nobody answered left 2 messages. Finally about 11:30 am got call back from somebody other then service. Told them my car was towed in and asked for loner on the special package I purchased with car. She said no cars available. Called back at 4:15 pm to find out status of car. Again no one answed the first 4 calls. Finally got same lady who did transfer me to Ronnie the service tech I talked to that morning. He said my car was not there. Put me on hold for 10 minutes and again said my vehicle was not there. Tow truck driver called me at 10:30am and said he gave service my key. So I knew it was there. Called Bob Brockland who found my car right outside service. Told me and my wife on speaker phone they would get it in at 8 am 11/27 and see what's wrong. Don't here anything so call at about 3:30 pm for status of car and Ronnie says they are just pulling it in. Again took 3 calls to get someone in service to answer. They leave at 5 so no status. Finally got my car 12 pm 12/2 . 8 days and nothing wrong with car but bad battery. 8 days to change a battery. Had scheduled leaving for the winter 12/2. Had to cancel plans. Worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. Did not want any special treatment but if it takes 8 days to change a battery for a regular customer who has purchased 16 cars from them. I would never go back. Lost my car. Took 8 days to change a battery. No body answers phone. They don't live up to contract I had for loner. More
Bob Brockland service department is in a 2 way tie for the best service department ever in my 60 years of auto ownership. They are all good, courteous, personable, efficient and very willing to assist in the best service department ever in my 60 years of auto ownership. They are all good, courteous, personable, efficient and very willing to assist in any/every way they can.. All are exceptional. Most recently, Tim took especially good care of my car helping me & my car out for a long trip with a short notice. They would get more than 5 stars if possible. More
