Two weeks ago my wife found the Honda Pilot she was looking for at Bob Boyte Honda. It was the color, had the equipment and options she wanted. She sat down with a sales person and made a deal to buy looking for at Bob Boyte Honda. It was the color, had the equipment and options she wanted. She sat down with a sales person and made a deal to buy the vehicle. After making the deal, the sales person told her they could not let her have the Pilot at that time due to an active recall on the rear view mirror and Honda Inc would not allow them to sell the car until the recall done. They would keep her updated on the status. Fast forward two weeks and no updates on the status of the vehicle, she wen to another Honda dealership in the area. At this other Honda dealership she found a Pilot same color, same options, equipment and same active recall on it. She asked about their ability to sell her the car due to the recall and Honda Inc. not allowing it to be sold due to the recall. This dealership told her to buy the car, take it home and make an appointment to have the recall taken care of. What gives?? Either Bob Boyte Honda flat lied to my wife or this other dealership broke a Honda Inc. rule. Which is it? Y'all decide. More

I contacted Wayne Eldridge about purchasing a vehicle as I needed it before Christmas. He was very helpful. He asked to look on Website for current inventory. I did and then proceeded to dealership. He had great customer service and even had them service my daughters Pilot while I was there. He introduced me me to David KuZee who also had great customer service. I told him car Accord that I saw on site. This car was in body shop and not opened until after Christmas so would not work. I originally did not think wanted SUV. He asked me to look at. The first when he had brought to door as was extremely cold. It had dent in door. I originally also did not want black interior. He asked me to just drive it. So I took test drive in a warm vehicle brought to door. There was wood grain accents In interior which made the dark interior more aesthetic. The CRV was great. I decided to purchase. I fully expected to take a high interest rate and refinance after first of year, but no Honda Corporation offered a rate I could not beat. The finance department had great customer service also. I was able to complete paperwork in great time. Not sure of his name. Then Malone greeted me each visit as I had 2. He was very nice and had customer service at heart. Overall my Honda certified CRV was the best customer service I have ever had. 10 stars More
