This place is the most horrible dealership i have ever went to. They lie and price gouging there custormers they just tried to with me i was very lucky my banker was looking out for me then when i bruoght went to. Then the sale lady talked me in to coming back and we went back and they knew my bugget and they didnt want to sell me nothing i could afford and they acted like they didnt really want us there just the way they were acting and when we did try to get numbers on an car they walked off and actted like we wasnt there so we just left. I WIL NOT STEO BACK IN BOBS DEALERSHIP HE AND TIFFANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE JUST RIPPING THEM OFF AND LYING CAUSE THIS WHOLE DEAL THING IS JUST A BIG FAT LIE.I KNOW THEY WANTT MISS SELLING JUST ONE CAR TODAY BUT ONE DAY THEY JUST MIGHT. I brought my 2025 Ridgeline in for the auto dim headlight not working properly. They said no codes no problem found. Returned for same problem and they reported making adjustments and rode testing. I check t not working properly. They said no codes no problem found. Returned for same problem and they reported making adjustments and rode testing. I check the odometer and it had not changed. Talked to the service manager and he said he would speak to the mechanic and said that wasn’t acceptable. Service manager said it was tested in their wash bay. I told him that the feature does not work until you reach 25 miles an hour. It still wasn’t working and I left it for 3 nights and they said there wasn’t a problem found. I have made videos and contacted Honda America and asked if they would get involved. I was told they can’t unless dealership asks. At this point even though it goes against how I feel I believe I will disable the feature and do everything I can to kill all the sales for this dealership and Honda in general. BBB can’t get Honda America to respond to my complaint nor will they respond to the MS Attorney General. This is a common tactic of them. I tried to reach out to the General Manager at the dealership but it was intercepted by the Service Manager. More
