After receiving several request to give Bob Boyte a second chance, on 04-5-25, at 830am i called and asked to speak to the service department to schedule service for my truck. The first time I was se second chance, on 04-5-25, at 830am i called and asked to speak to the service department to schedule service for my truck. The first time I was sent over to a ringing line that no one answered and the line hung up on me. The second time I asked and said what happened and it again went over to a ringing line and after ringing and ringing I again was hung up on. The third time I explained all I want to do is schedule a service appointment, the operator stated she would page someone. No one answered and I again was hung up on. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager at which time I was placed on hold and a while later a woman answered and when I asked if this was the service department or manager she stated neither and stated the manger is out and will not be back till Monday. I asked this person if I would be able to schedule an appointment and I was told in a very disrespectful way, "We only have 2 service advisors on duty today and they are Busy with other clients , i should try back later". At this point I will not be trying back later or never, I will find another service dept and will never step foot in their doors. I would recommend never going here to anyone as they don't care about customers, I only wish Ray Brandt was back there as they did care and made sure their customers were always taken care of, without attitude. They are lacking in basic practices and procedures in sales and service. Have a 2011 suburban in service and no one offered me to look at a new one and the service department tried up selling me with ext sales and service. I came in for regular maintenance of my Silverado - oil change, rotate tires, and the multiple point inspection. Service was excellent as always. My vehicle was taken into the maintenance bay at the appo change, rotate tires, and the multiple point inspection. Service was excellent as always. Beware beware beware I thought I was getting 6 years extended warranty only got 3 years for 4400 dollars called within 24 hours and was told too bad read your paper work next time .
