Excellent Customer Service I was traveling to Biloxi from Wisconsin and developed a problem that resulted in a check engine light. I was unsure where to take the vehicle as I am I was traveling to Biloxi from Wisconsin and developed a problem that resulted in a check engine light. I was unsure where to take the vehicle as I am not familiar with the area. I found Ray Brandt through Google Maps and decided to give them a call. They did not have a loaner vehicle available, but offered to give me a ride to the job site once I dropped the vehicle off. They found the problem, resolved it and even cleaned the vehicle for me before picking it up. I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided, taking into consideration that I was an out-of-town walk-in and would probably not utilize them in the future. Thank you again for treating me with such care and for doing so knowing that I was not a local customer who would frequent your establishment. That says a lot about the quality and service you provide. Thanks again! More

They lied again Overall my experiences with Ray Brandt have been poor from the start. When I bought the truck they told me they were going to detail it and get it cle Overall my experiences with Ray Brandt have been poor from the start. When I bought the truck they told me they were going to detail it and get it clean before I took it home. When I came by the pick up the truck the next day, they didn't even wash it, the windows were covered in steaks, the inside was still dirty and the truck was covered in dust. They basically just sprayed tire shine all over the tires and running boards and told me they "detailed it". Management didn't really offer anything in terms of making right and I had to wait another afternoon for my truck. It really sucks being lied to. Yesterday I took my truck in for a scheduled appointment that I made to take care of a recall and to change the oil and rotate the tires. I took a small paint marker and marked the inside wall of each of my tires numbering 1 through 4. I do this to all of my vehicles so that I can keep track of my rotation since I normally do this myself. Well when I picked up my truck several hours later... They didn't rotate the tires. When I asked the service desk, the woman told me the tires were rotated and my invoice even had it listed as a line item... I called to let her know that they didn't do what they were supposed to do in the 8 hours they had my truck. She offered to have my come by once again to get them rotated. They lied again. I don't have time to go back and forth to this place. I have two jobs and go to school full time. When I make an appointment and schedule a service I depend on it being done because that's time I've taken out of my schedule to take care of this. Now I'm wondering if they even changed the oil or what other shortcuts this place takes. Either way, I don't like being lied to and I can't trust them to take care of my truck, so I don't plan on ever going back. More

Derick had me drive the nicest, upgraded Silverado, it literally put my 2016 Silverado to shame. The cards weren't right for me in that one so he brought around the Blue Falcon. He was attentive and he listened to my requirements to give up my Red Robin that has been my boo since 2016. Essentially I walked out with a new 2019 Silverado. More
