Collision Repair My 2015 Dodge Challenger was significantly damaged by a semi. The passenger side, from the side view mirror through the rear quarter panel was damaged. They were excellent to work with. They kept us informed of the status of the repairs and made sure that it was absolutely perfect when they returned it to me. The quality of the repair was outstanding. You can't tell the car was damaged in any way. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I also had the opportunity to speak with the gentleman who detailed my car (I forget his name) and it was impressive to see someone who takes so much pride in his work!! Outstanding service on all levels!!!! More
I have a newer Honda that experienced some weather related damage, hail I believe but this was not confirmed as it happened when I left it at the airport when I was out of town. I initially attempted related damage, hail I believe but this was not confirmed as it happened when I left it at the airport when I was out of town. I initially attempted to get it fixed at the Honda store but the lead time was excessive. The adjustor made the initial estimate to fix the damage & I dropped the car off with Steve & Mike and was given a nice loaner car to use. The dealership found additional damage and got everything approved with my insurance company with my only involvement was a simple FYI phone call from their service department. I got my car back from Bob-Boyd in about a week and it looked better than when I bought it. Paint was a perfect match and the car was detailed like it was on the showroom. Mike went over the car with me and said I should bring it back in 30-45 days once the paint was well hardened and the would rub it out and wax it. Talk about customer service. Other dealers could learn a lot from Steve and Mike at Bob-Boyd!! More

I am driving my third Mercury Sable ('04). All three vehicles were purchased new from Bob Boyd. All three were/are serviced by only Bob Boyd. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat me, a woman vehicles were purchased new from Bob Boyd. All three were/are serviced by only Bob Boyd. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat me, a woman owner, with respect. I have never felt that the company tried to sell me a service or a part that wasn't necessary to the maintenance of the automobile. I will say that I liked the waiting area in the old location better than the new one. The new one is much smaller, very cramped, and has no windows. More
