I worked with Erica Snyder initially, then Barb Whittington as the sales manager. I was given a clear $35,000 trade-in offer through text messages. When the actual deal paperwork was sent, the trade value had been dropped to $34,000 without any explanation. Even worse, I offered a structured deal $25K for the sale and $30K for the trade which would have saved me tax money and still netted the dealership the exact same bottom line. Barb rejected the structure and tried to claim I was asking for $8K–$9K off, which was absolutely false. When I pointed out the inconsistency and showed proof (check my google review for screen shots of all of this), I was told “this is the deal” and sent on my way. The whole experience felt dishonest, and their final numbers didn’t match what was originally agreed to. I gave them every opportunity to fix this they chose not to. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere. Would not recommend. More

I admit I haven't been too happy about the sales department but the service department is SECOND TO NONE. I have been using this service department for approximately twenty years and I have never been disappointed. Every employee with whom I have interacted has been very courteous and respectful of me and my time. This last visit that occured in December of 2016 was no different with Mike contacting me every day letting me know the progress of the repairs. I had to have part of the power steering system replaced and it took a few days for the parts to arrive at the dealership and Mike called me each day to keep me updated. The shipping took place during the Christmas holidays and I can just imagine the number of parcels that were being delivered and I do not blame anyone for this delay. The car runs just fine again as that has always been the case after taking our vehicles to the Bob-Boyd Service Department the past twenty years. Do not hestitate to use this dealership for any of your vehicle needs. More
New Vehicles Overpriced Since Bob-Boyd has a new sales manager, the prices are unreasonable. Check out the Ford reviews and you would be better off traveling to Columbus to Since Bob-Boyd has a new sales manager, the prices are unreasonable. My experience was a $3500 difference on a new Ford and that is ridiculous to have that big of a profit margin for Bob-Boyd at my expense. More
