For example, I left my house keys in my 2017 Golf. The driver of courtesy car was willing to go back to the dealership to get my keys. BTW, he was polite and van was spotlessly clean. Later, my car was ready on time. The cost of the 10,000 mile service was very reasonable and they gave me a coupon for my next service. When I picked up my car it was very clean. But most all the people were friendly and helpful, which is why I moved to Bradenton : the people are nicer here. More
