Two days later Dave Rook in the used car office called and said that our first guy was out the door and he would take good care of us. He had so and we bought the car. He had the car detailed and all set to go on our arrival. He registered the car and got the plates on while we paid for the car. He followed up with a phone call s few days later to see if we were happy and did we have any questions. Excellent experience for us. More

The service department was very accommodating, punctual, and thoroughly explained the service items that needed to be addressed. They also informed me of the available on-line coupons that could be used to reduce the service costs. I also purchased additional Beetle accessories from the parts department and "James" was also very helpful with his recommendations and expected delivery dates of the optional equipment ordered. I also would commend the management on the cleanliness of the entire facility. I have been in numerous dealerships throughout my many years of vehicle purchasing. and this building sparkles with a personal touch from all involved.
