We purchased the '12 Touareg and had some work done on the vehicle at Boast related to an issue with a leaky a/c, they were able to provide a loaner for a few days and performed the work for free. Best Experience in Central and Florida West Coast I searched the internet for a Nissan Rouge SL in good condition at the best possible price. I had the used vehicle make and model that I wanted picked I searched the internet for a Nissan Rouge SL in good condition at the best possible price. I had the used vehicle make and model that I wanted picked out so it was up to cargurus.com and cars.com to find it. I set the search for 200 miles and came up with about 8 vehicles that met my criteria. I looked at some local cars in Melbourne, FL and did not like the car or not satisfied with the dealer. One car that met my criteria was at Boast Volkswagen. I called and was connected with Dave. He had no problem running around the pre-owned SUV checking it for dents, dings as well as evaluating the interior and engine condition. We worked out a price that I felt was really good after looking at this model for over a month and we agreed on the price over the phone pending my review. They held the vehicle for 4 days for me with a small down payment until I could get to Bradenton. I was concerned that I would find issues with the SUV that the salesperson did not reveal or would get into the price haggle routine we all dread. The SUV was exactly as Dave described and passed my test drive without any issues. I wrote a check, signed some papers and drove away wondering why this was so easy. I have already put 1,500 miles on the car and am sure it will give many years of use with routine service. The Boast team and especially Dave was great. He even called me the day after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied. This purchase was hassel free and easy.....the way buying a car should be. More
