Unfortunately, the vehicle was not ready and we were quite upset that we drove out for nothing. Dave was kind enough to offer to drive the vehicle out to our home the next day for a test drive. We liked the vehicle and decided to purchase which was a smooth and simple process. We purchased the '12 Touareg and had some work done on the vehicle at Boast related to an issue with a leaky a/c, they were able to provide a loaner for a few days and performed the work for free. Overall very satisfied with the experience. More
