Service? Zero Salesman: Don Bitler Vehicle: Ford Focus (late model used car). During test drive I asked about a hesitation and "shutter" in low gear. Was told i Salesman: Don Bitler Vehicle: Ford Focus (late model used car). During test drive I asked about a hesitation and "shutter" in low gear. Was told it was part of the sports package effect. I trusted him. Drove car home (80miles). Next day found starting car in low gear the shutter was very strong, actually rocked the car. Called Don. NOT AVAILABLE. Service person said the problem would be covered under warantee and I should take it to local Ford dealer. OK. Since I have to work and need car to get there, I called to ask about a loaner car during "fix". Although I called several times and left messages again and again, I received no response. Finally I CAUGHT Don, by not giving my name. He gave me run around about how much time car was needed. Couldn't get that info until local Ford service could diagnose problem. Tried to give Don the local Ford service # but he wasn't interested. Had to borrow a car to cover work. MAN, I WOULD NEVER WISH THIS DEALERSHIP ON MY WORST ENEMY. They had to know about the transmission issue even if only moving the car around the lot. They knowingly sold me a car they knew had major issues. And Don lied to me when I specifically asked about the hesitation and shutter. Used car salesman trophy to Don. I would give this dealership and this guy NO stars if it was possible. More

What I loved most was that he was not pushy in any way, unlike experiences I’ve had in the past with other dealerships. Once I decided which car I wanted he did everything he could to have the papers done so I could come in and finalize everything in just a couple of minutes. The finance gentleman I dealt with was also very pleasant to deal with. I also appreciate how Jeff patiently went over all the details of the car with me.
