I am glad that Nissan kept on top of the recall problems with my vehicle. They immediately fixed both problems. More

After my Kia broke down I had it towed here for service. After 3 days they were unable to identify the problem. I took it to my regular mechanic and after 30 minutes they were able to determine there was a After 3 days they were unable to identify the problem. I will never return here for service, sales, or anything else. If the dealership service dept. can't figure out the issue, there is a problem with the service dept. More

I took my Pontiac Montana to them to get fixed and they had my van there over two months everytime I called there to find out if they fixed it yet they told me that they couldn't find the part n nobody in had my van there over two months everytime I called there to find out if they fixed it yet they told me that they couldn't find the part n nobody in the United States had this part. When I finally got my van back they stole money I had hidden in my van the only thing they left was pennies. I would never ever go back to them. I dont recommend for anybody to deal with. More
I recently was in an accident which involved damage to my front end. Took my Nissan Sentra to Bob Bell Nissan to get repaired. This place is unbelievable! We bought 4 vehicles in one month back in January 2000. My wife bought a focus and has had nothing but real problems with this car since she has had it. At first the dealer was helpfull with her problems, but over time that help wained. Her service advisor who was always very helpful is now gone and with her car in there again for a very serious problem she is being handled like a stranger. This dealer has had tremendous turnover over the past few years and it has shown not to be for the better(as far as the service dept.is concerned). I can't speak for the sales department, you sell a million cars for a good price but if you can't SERVICE the customer as well as the car, you have a problem. I hope you avoid this place like the plague until they work out there problems. I will give you an update on how our problem is resolved to let you know if they improved their SERVICE!! More
