THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS YOU TO DO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: * Terminate your existing loan/ lease early, regardless of make or model * Either purchase or lease a new vehicle for less then your current payment * Bring your vehicle directly to Nationwide Nissan without early termination fees * Escape excess mileage and wear and tear penalties The problem about this email message is what the email is not saying.... I visited the dealer on 12-12-17 thinking I could get a good deal, during that visit I ended my current lease of a 2015 and sing a new lease a new 2017 Nissan Murano. Today 01/25/18 after three visits to the dealer, over 15 phone calls between the Dealer and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation ( the leasing company ) my issue is still not resolved, basically the dealer has overcharge with hiding charges a total of $ 749.00 on my new lease contract. Since the beginning of this experience, I felt very disrespected by the staff at the dealer including, Finance Director, Sales Manager and General manager. Their behavior is shameful, they constantly lie, lie and lie, they do not listen to what I am saying, change their story, do not answer my questions or give me stray answers, , are unethical and deceitful, and tray to make me feel like I am stupid. My last visit to the dealership on 01-24-18 with General Manager Ms. Paula Caruso was shocking to say the least, I thought that at this meeting I was finally going to get my issue resolve, how wrong I was... As soon I enter the office of General manager, I felt I was been attack by the general manager, her attitude was very aggressive and confrontational, she refuse to answer my questions or give me stray answers, constantly talking over me with her car dealer talk and dealer terminology, trying to confuse me and make me feel like I was stupid, her behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful, I was shock.... During the meeting, the general manager ask another male staff member to enter the room where we were meeting, both of then when on the attack questioning me and the reason I keep basally bothering them, they wonder why I could not understand what they were saying to me like I was stupid. Each time I visited the dealer I have received a different story about the hiding overcharges, during this meeting, I got a new different story. Realizing I was not going to get the issue resolve, I left the dealership feeling frustrated and powerless, knowing that what they are doing is fraud and illegal. I have never experience this label of disrespect and abuse as a consumer, specially after been a costumer at the dealership for the past 8 years and having lease a total of three cars. Today I realize that the only way to get this issue resolved is by going to court. If they think for one second that they are going to stick it to me, I got news for then, they are going to regretted, because I will not stop until I get justice. In the mean time, I have file several claims of fraud with the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs. More
Horrible!!! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with Bob Bell. They LIE. Had our car there for a recall. They replaced the parts for our car and then the next day HORRIBLE!!! We called and Bob Bell said they would pick us up in a tow truck to bring it back to their shop. We have AAA but they said they would pick us up no charge. Then they charged us for the tow truck of 100 dollars!! Said we had to pay when they clearly said it was FREE. Why would we pay for a tow if we get free ones from AAA? If you have any car problems take it somewhere else. Costumer service is disorganized, horrible and very untrustworthy. More

When I thanked the person who emailed back and said we would be in some evening next week, she encouraged us to come in today to take advantage of the Black Friday sale. So I went ahead and got pre-approved for a loan even though I knew having the existing loan would affect my credit score...we didn't want to pass up "Up to 30% off MSRP" as Danielle had stated. The truck wasn't even ready to sell (In my opinion). Keyless remote didn't work, it was missing both backseat headrests and there was a ding in the windshield. They did agree to fix all 3 items, but why should we even have to ask? Not only was there no Black Friday discount offered, we weren't even offered the internet price (and I'm not including any taxes or fees). Very disappointed we wasted our time and drove all the way from York. More

When I got there I showed them the internet price on my phone and said that was the price I was only going to pay or if not tell me now so I can leave and not waste our time. George Williams said okay let me show you the vehicle. I looked over the vehicle and was happy with it. When we sat down to write the quote, the bottom line price was $27,011 not including tax, title etc. I said this is not what we agreed to. He said I didn't qualify for all the discounts available. Needless to said I left immediately and not happy!!!! More

They all love to help each and every customer that walks through the door and with high hopes of putting them into a great nissan or kia with all of the many many rebates that better suit each customers needs. I would recommend services here at this dealership to anyone of my friends and family. More

Manager came over and attempted to fix it but never got to price point that was offered at first. Since then they are putting in leather seats in the new car and it has been a huge ordeal. Hear something different from people when I call/go there and can not get a return call. I wish I didn't buy from this dealership and hope people can learn from my mistakes and take their business elsewhere. More

I was delivered a brand new car that has damage on the front end and three dings on the side passenger door as well as other small scratches. thank god my husband noticed . I will say that the service manage James went out of his way to help us and was extremely organized but lack luster repair they missed all but the major issue on the front. They were kind enough to meet us halfway in Easton to pick the car back up but still not in new condition. More

I had my dad go there before me to co sign and when I got there later to sign the papers. I saw they charged me 33,000 for the van and were charging me $3900 for an extended warranty. I showed them the price that was agreed on and they said they couldn't give it to me at that price and after I showed them the ad with the warranty they suddenly gave it to me. They did not honor the price that was advertised and I drove all the way down to Baltimore to be ripped off. I will not buy from them again More
