these are all shysters...sold us a brand new altima that had been damaged and repainted and did not disclose this to us till after sale...and we found defective and shoddy paint was already lifting..if i di had been damaged and repainted and did not disclose this to us till after sale...and we found defective and shoddy paint was already lifting..if i did not find this we would have been stuck and screwed even worse than we were already...i would'nt buy a newspaper from these &^*&^%^@ fool us once shame on you, fool us twice shame on us...over 4 months without resolution and letters to Nissan NA...and still they have'nt diclosed reason why it was damaged ..untrustworhty...a big fat zero rating...next step BBB...we will prevail! More

This place is unbelievable! We bought 4 vehicles in one month back in January 2000. My wife bought a focus and has had nothing but real problems with this car since she has had it. At first the dealer was month back in January 2000. My wife bought a focus and has had nothing but real problems with this car since she has had it. At first the dealer was helpfull with her problems, but over time that help wained. Her service advisor who was always very helpful is now gone and with her car in there again for a very serious problem she is being handled like a stranger. This dealer has had tremendous turnover over the past few years and it has shown not to be for the better(as far as the service dept.is concerned). I can't speak for the sales department, you sell a million cars for a good price but if you can't SERVICE the customer as well as the car, you have a problem. I hope you avoid this place like the plague until they work out there problems. I will give you an update on how our problem is resolved to let you know if they improved their SERVICE!! More
