I took my Pontiac Montana to them to get fixed and they had my van there over two months everytime I called there to find out if they fixed it yet they told me that they couldn't find the part n nobody in had my van there over two months everytime I called there to find out if they fixed it yet they told me that they couldn't find the part n nobody in the United States had this part. When I finally got my van back they stole money I had hidden in my van the only thing they left was pennies. I would never ever go back to them. I dont recommend for anybody to deal with. More
I went here looking for a used car and walked out with a brand new car. As soon as I arrived Bill Kauffman walked right over and introduced his self and started to assist us. He also sold my mother her car like a year ago (she was with me and told me he was the one who sold her, her car). I test drove two cars an Impala and a Sebring. Then when we went inside to see what we could do they offered me a really good deal on a brand new 2010 Altima. Bill took me outside to look at the car and then I test drove it. I loved it! It was better than the other two I test drove and the deal was to good to pass up. They really worked with me to get the payments where I felt comfortable. I did have to have a co-signer and everywhere else I went looking for a car they did not want to put me on the loan at all so the car would just be in my co signers name. BobBell not only put me on the loan so I could gain credit for the car I was going to be paying for but they put me first and everything went in my name. My over all experience with Bob Bell was so good that I will never buy a car anywhere else! I have already recommended them to everyone I know. Bill Kauffman was very friendly, honest and very informational as well as the whole team I worked with. This is my very first brand new car and the experience couldn't have been better. Thanks Bill and everyone at BobBell who helped make this happen for me. I give BobBell two thumbs up!! More

First, Bob Bell beat the next lowest price purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento from Bob Bell on 11/30/2010 and am extremely pleased with the experience. First, Bob Bell beat the next lowest price by $700, even though the other dealer "assured" me that it was probably a bait and switch because the price was so low. Bob Bell Sales Manager Corey Davis honored that low price he had quoted me on the phone, and even threw in some extras for free (cargo cover, net, etc.). Frankly, I found both Corey and my Sales Representative John Sandalis to be the friendliest and easiest to deal with out of the several dealerships I went to. It just seemed that they really valued my business and were genuinely honest (how nice!). Corey and John worked tirelessly to get me the exact vehicle I wanted (it had to be brought in from another dealer) and also gave me a good price on my trade-in. When it came time to finalize the deal, Finance Manager Bill Gonzalez offered me a good deal on an extended warranty - which I elected to go with. The next day, however, I decided I didn't need the extended warranty (based on how long I'm going to keep the vehicle, etc.). I had read on a few internet sites to expect a LOT of conflict canceling the extended warranty (since dealerships make money on them). However, Bill canceled the extended warranty happily and with no questions asked. How refreshing! Here's the deal. I wanted a certain color Kia Sedona 2011 basic package no extras. Nailah Cooke gave me a good price via phone and email and told me they had the van in that color there. I drove a great distance to purchase the van and I mean purchase the van, but low and behold it was not there. They tried selling me another more expensive van instead. I walked and on the way home I got a call to come back and buy the more expensive van at the predetermined price. I did not return. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me! More
My experince at BoB Bell was HORRIBLE! A saleperson do came and greet you, but they don't know what they're doing. When I was needed to bring stuff in for them, the saleperson didn't know what to bring in came and greet you, but they don't know what they're doing. When I was needed to bring stuff in for them, the saleperson didn't know what to bring in. I had to chase salepeople to talk to me over the phone. They forgot the VIN# when I given them a copy of my title. When I finally got to BoB Bell, they add it more stuff to bring. Atfer I call talked several times asking what to bring. When talking to them about the problem, they had a careless attitude about showing me that I'm just another number for on their board. The funny thing is when a manager act just like the salepeople. But after I calm down I tried to work with them. They still say "I'll call you back in 20 minutes", in realitly they won't talk you at all or get someone else to talk to you. When buying a car its stressfull, so I actually thought the saleperson suppose to help and NOT ADD MORE STRESS! Thanks Staff at Bob Bell on Eastern Avenue. I would never come to this dealer again. They are not real helpful and it seems they could care less if they make a sale or not. Another dealer was about to get me a car and work with on getting the down real helpful and it seems they could care less if they make a sale or not. And towards the end of me being there I felt very uncomfortable. Also before I came there I asked if I was pre approved and I was told I was but when I got there they said they couldn't find anyone to finance me. So not only have you lost a sale but you lost one for life and probably many others if I'm asked. More
