Great service when purchasing the car, horrible service once we realized the car had a major defect. The person who sold it to us wasn't even there anymore (and this was about a month after we purchased i once we realized the car had a major defect. The person who sold it to us wasn't even there anymore (and this was about a month after we purchased it) when we had to bring the car in becasue the sunroof needed to be repaired. We were told that they knew of the issue with the sunroof, so they fixed it without charge, however their repair caused the water to leak from many different areas in our roof. When I called them to fix it I got the runaround and was told I would have to pay for it. It was almost like no one was taking me serious. I stopped bothering with them because there was no way I was going to ride all the way back out there to have to pay for the repairs. I called a while later to see if I could speak with someone who may be able to do something about the issue and recieved a response from the internet sales consultant who made me aware that she was the highest person that I could speak with (??!!??) and I was told that because I didn't bring the car out (when they told me I would have to pay for it) there was nothing they would do about it. And in a very rude way. When you are purchasing people are friendly, when you are out the door it's a different story. So in my book because of their service they are just the average deceitful dealership. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and they had no concern for anything since they felt there was no way for us to prove they were liable for the damage. If I'm have to pay someone to fix it it's going to be someone trustworthy. And when we buy another car we definitely won't be taking another trip there. More

I was very pleased with my experience in dealing with Marcus. He was very knowledgable of the Altima produce line. I would recommend Bob Bell and Marcus to others. Marcus. He was very knowledgable of the Altima produce line. I would recommend Bob Bell and Marcus to others. More
John was my original sales person when I visited Bob Bell back in September. I explained my situation and came back to the dealership after my vacation. At that time, John was with another customer, so Han back in September. I explained my situation and came back to the dealership after my vacation. At that time, John was with another customer, so Hank stepped in and let me test drive a couple of vehicles until John was free. Both men were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was uncertain which vehicle to choose. John took into account my situation and suggested the Kia Soul. He was right. It was the perfect fit for me. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase. I was very pleased with the hassle free process and look forward to bringing my car to Bob Bell for the required service on my new Kia Soul. I have recommended this dealership and my sales person to others. More
I purchased a new KIA at Bob Bell in March 2011. My sales rep (Karen Pedersen) was phenominal in all aspects. Recently (November 2011) I was rear ended and subsequently my car was totaled, I figured sales rep (Karen Pedersen) was phenominal in all aspects. Recently (November 2011) I was rear ended and subsequently my car was totaled, I figured the first time was a great experience...I'll walk through Bob Bells doors again. It is amazing to me when an already superb (customer) service oriented business continues to strive to better themselves. I contacted John Nyberg, explained the situation and he immediately went to work. He asked me the basic details of what I was looking, I received a phone call back within a couple of hours of status of locating a vehicle and also was informed of who my sales rep would be this time around, Jason Grimm. Under the circumstances (customers/people in general can be rather impatient after a bad accident), Mr. Nyberg couldn't have recommended a better sales rep. Jason is young, eager, enthusiastic, and was upbeat throughout the entire process. John and Jason searched the Tri-State area and within days found my vehicle. Less than a week after the accident, I was up and running again in the vehicle of my choice. "Customer Appreciation" takes on a whole new meaning at Bob Bell... Special thanks also to Helen Silberman (Financing)...funny and helpful through the entire process. More
My parents paid a visit to Bob Bell yesterday. My dad was interested in purchasing a truck. When asked for his registration, he gave it to the salesman but, the salesman did not return it. He couldn't was interested in purchasing a truck. When asked for his registration, he gave it to the salesman but, the salesman did not return it. He couldn't even tell my father why he was keeping it. This made both my parents very very angry. My parents have never been treated like this before when it came to purchasing cars. Bob Bell is a place of business and, they should have given some type of explanation to my father as to why they kept his registration. My mother has high blood pressure and, she had to leave because she was so angry. I do not appreciate the way my parents were treated. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More
Bait and switch at its finest. After finding the car on autotrader I call Nailah to make sure they had the vehicle. I told her that I want to come down and do a quick sale if we can come to terms. I was autotrader I call Nailah to make sure they had the vehicle. I told her that I want to come down and do a quick sale if we can come to terms. I was planning on paying the price on the autotrader site. The night before I leave to drive an hour to the dealership I email to confirm the car is still there. She replies back that it is. I drive down first thing in the morning and sure enough they dont have it. They try to sell me a more expensive model and then Kevin admitts to me that the price on the website is after incentives etc (which no one can qualify for) and then says "normally the price is about $1,500 higher" What gets me is that I was lied to directly by Nailah. And the kicker is after I leave I get an email from Kevin saying thanks for coming down and at the bottom of the email is the ad for the car I came to buy, but they didnt have and at the price that you cant buy it. Real honest business people still got this car on the email even though it doesnt exsist. Nice job Bob Bell this is truely the most terrible experience I have ever had trying to buy a car! More

I spoke with Dana and was told that they had the vehicle I was looking for and that they could match the USAA customer buying price. I drove one hour from my home to the dealership and when I got there I w I was looking for and that they could match the USAA customer buying price. I drove one hour from my home to the dealership and when I got there I was told that there was a glitch in the system and they did not have the car. They could locate a vehicle but were $1,500 off of the price. I felt that I was lured there under false pretenses and after I wasted my time they would not give me the deal they promised. I went to Koons KIA on Reisterstown road and they found the car, and gave it to me for $150 under the price they had promised. I will never purchase a vehicle from any Bob Bell dealership because I felt I was deceived and they were unwilling to make it right. More
do not bother with customer service at BOB BELL Kia or any of thier dealerships, I mean when i called I was told 19,902 for the car, then you tried to rip me on my trade and uped the price of the car 2,00 any of thier dealerships, I mean when i called I was told 19,902 for the car, then you tried to rip me on my trade and uped the price of the car 2,000 dollars, no way. trust me, i will make sure this is posted and will post this as much as needed to make sure every one knows how you mislead, I Did buy the kia that day same day so you know, for the price i wanted, and oh yea, they gave me 11,500 for my trade in, wow imagine that. maybe i should try to forward this to the owner of bob bell too to make sure he knows how his dealerships work too, too bad you dont do surveys on all the people that leave your dealerships, you might acually learn how to make new customers instead of turn them away for life.
