What I didn't know was how surprisingly well taken care of I was going to be! Bought a car about 3 weeks ago, and I reffered my co-worker to the same place to get her car. Emmanuel Sogbor was an awsome agent that helped us through the process. He took the time to listen to what my daughter needed, and offered us a variety of cars to at. I felt no pressure at all, and neither did my daughter. The best part was that after getting her car, Emmanuel kept checking on us from time to time to make sure that everything is running smoothly. I truly appreciate the friedly customer service I experienced. Oh , and the atmosphere is great there! More

The purchase process went well, but down hill from there. We purchased our vehicle from John who was an all around awesome guy. Really went the extra mile to close the deal. After the purchase, we went back over to finance, the finance department tried to add a half percentage point to my loan and she was pretty sneaky about it. She seemed a bit upset when I called her out. Later my vehicle was in a serious accident, I had it towed to the dealership where I purchased it thinking it would be the best place to get it fixed. I was wrong! They did an OK job on the repairs, but the vehicle had to be brought back to have further corrections. While it was in the shop, I requested service (free oil change). When the vehicle was in the shop, one of the lot boys must have smashed it up against one of the yellow posts and damaged the entire passenger side. When this was pointed out, I was told that the damage was there when the vehicle arrived. I told them that it wasn't like that and they argued and were very nasty with us to the point of shouting. They were very defensive. I was even told by the gm that I would have to pay or take out another insurance claim and that I couldn't prove that the damage was done at the dealership. Luckily the insurance adjuster had pics of all sides of the vehicle and it showed no damage to that side and the pics were clearly taken at the collision center. They reluctantly fixed the vehicle, but never apologize for calling us dishonest and liars. As for the oil change... It was never done. 4 months later I took the vehicle in for service and a recall, I was told that my engine was full of sludge and that the engine was ruined and needed to be replaced. I was also informed that my warranty was void because of a lack of oil changes. The staff was very unfriendly and offered no assistance or solutions except to pay for a new engine. We had the vehicle towed out of there. It was looked over by a certified mechanic who is confident that the engine will be OK. What a mess! Some of the employees are very helpful, but there are some rude,defensive, dishonest people in management positions. In short...these people don't care, don't wanna help, don't communicate with each other and are generally not competent. Get your own financing, buy your car there,but dont come back for anything! Sent the information to my phone so we would have the stock number of the vehicle. Went to the dealership, found the exact vehicle, test drove and we decided we wanted it. We showed the salesman the internet price and off he went to the finance guy. Needless, to say they had this speal of how they were changing their website and they would not honor the price they had on their own website. They tried to charge us $4,000 more than what their own website said. Needless to say, they lost a sale!!! We walked. I will not recommend Bob Bell to anyone!! More
This dealership is committing warranty FRAUD Please, please, please do not buy a car from Bob Bell. They are committing warranty fraud and if they did it to me, they will do it to you as well. I purchased an extended warranty for my used KIA totaling nearly $1400. I went in for warranty-covered service on my vehicle with 8,000 miles left on the warranty. I was informed that my warranty was canceled by Zurich (who the warranty was through) OVER TWO YEARS AGO. Zurich informed me that Bob Bell filed paperwork stating that I traded my car one year after purchase and requested a refund for the balance of the policy. Bob Bell received a check for $870 and then it disappeared. I was never informed that my warranty was canceled by Bob Bell. I never traded my car. I religiously made every car payment on time and that payment included payment toward a warranty that BOB BELL CANCELLED WITHOUT TELLING ME. I am STILL PAYING for a warranty they cancelled. The really horrific thing is that they have done nothing but lie, backtrack, and evade phone calls since I found out what happened. I have devoted hours and hours to resolve this and Bob Bell basically said F-you. They will not refund me the cost of the warranty that I paid for but that they cancelled without informing me. The repairs I had done that should have been covered by the warranty, they are refusing to pay for. Again, I did NOT cancel the warranty (that I am STILL paying for!),I did not trade my car, and had I not gone in for service, I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY STOLE THIS MONEY FROM ME. I do not think I will get my money back in this situation. I have tried for two weeks and Bob Bell told me it was a "slight clerical mistake" and it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't return the money I paid for the warranty they cancelled (and I am ONLY asking that it be refunded to my lender and applied to my balance due, I am not seeking out extra cash). I am posting this here because I don't want Bob Bell to defraud other innocent car buyers. What they did was certainly fraud and someone pocketed a check from my warranty being cancelled. I never would have known if I hadn't gone in for repairs.If they did this to me, they will do it to you! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BOB BELL. Please do not make the same mistake I made. It is not worth the headache and the stress and the lies from people who are stealing money from you. We are filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the state insurance commission. We just want people who work hard for their money to know that BOB BELL IS COMMITTING WARRANTY FRAUD AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! More
I was quoted a price by Nai Cooke in email. So I made appointment drove 2 hours to be told by the salesman that price is unreachable and that it was "just to get us in the door." The worst part is that the sales manager who quoted us wouldn't even show her face and talk to us because she knew that what she did was wrong. Then her excuse was that the deal ended on 2/18 which conviently was the day she emailed me the price but never told me the deal was ending after she knew I wasn't coming down till 3/01. This is fraud and false advertisement. Don't waste your time. More

I had been looking for the right vehicle for over 3 months and I finally found it at Bob Bell Kia. I was greeted by a professional sales person who went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what months and I finally found it at Bob Bell Kia. Ed even went as far as double checking to make sure I qualified for all applicable discounts and that is a step that other dealerships were not willing to take. I am so satisfied with my vehicle and the price. I would refer them to anyone and I will be going back for future vehicles as this is the 7th vehicle I have purchased from them.
