This company is the worst to do business with. My vehicle was totaled; therefore, I was in need of another vehicle. I drove over an hour to check out the vehicle and noticed that the light had moi My vehicle was totaled; therefore, I was in need of another vehicle. I drove over an hour to check out the vehicle and noticed that the light had moisture problems. They took off some money for it after not willing to fix it. I was given 2 key fobs an realized that only one worked when I arrived home. I immediately changed the battery thinking it was an old battery, but that was not the case. It is a faulty key fob that absolutely does not work. Not only did the key fob not work, the car squeaks when reversing. It is a loud sound too. Called the Dealership and was told that there is nothing they could do and will not replace it. Can’t believe this was the Manager (Called himself Dax or Dexter) with his unprofessional and nasty attitude. I informed him that I was going to bring back this lemon and he said do what you want to do, we will not take it back. To make matters worst, they neglected to put a copy of the warranty paperwork in the sales folder with the other documents. They also lied to the BBB in my claim that they tried calling me and never received a response. I have 2 numbers and 2 emails on file to which none were contacted whatsoever. I will never go back to this dealership and will continue with litigation proceedings against them since I have yet to receive a resolution to this issue. It is ridiculous that they deal with Disabled Veterans in this manner! More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! I have had a tire light on since I bough the truck. I have taken it back multiple times to be fixed, Ive been told it was fixed, dont worry about it I have had a tire light on since I bough the truck. Well now when I take it back there is a $269.00 repair that needs to be done one my tire plus the tires are bad now because of this issue costing me another $800 in 2 tires! Ive spoke with the Service Manger Rob & GM Paula and all they say they can do is give me 20% off. I am furious with this company. I go and buy a $39,000 vehicle from this company, drive off the lot with issues immediatly and don't get any resolution!!! Their customer service is the WORST from the receptionist to the Management. I want to speak with the owner!!! Not to mention I took it there for an oil change, drive off the lot and my fluids lights came on!! When I picked my truck up, the lady who gave me my keys said here is your keys, I asked where my truck was she told me somewhere on the lot! CARELESS COMPANY! More

Trashcars Bought a used car from Bobbell Nissan/Kia and had it 35 days before the engine blew! Heard some noise and took it to their service department and the service manager Al stated they couldn’t find anything wrong. Picked the car up and drove it for 15 minutes before the noise started again, that tells me they never even checked it out. The next day I took the car to another dealership service department and that’s when I found out the engine wasn’t any good! Also they low ball you on a good trade in so please be sure if you decide to buy a car from Bobbell and so you know the Bell in BobBell stands for “ring we stole from another customer” be sure to check other places to get the best deal for your trade in. This is the third incident with less than poor service. I will never go to them for anymore car purchases or use their service dept ever again! More
