To say I am not surprised this business isn’t accredited is an understatement. Also seeing the number of 1 star reviews isn’t a surprise either. Let me tell you of my Bob Bell odyssey. First off I purchased an almost brand new 2017 Ford Escape from them (had about 3900 miles on it). They told me it was a financing thing that fell through from the previous owner so they gave me a decent deal. Car was great for about 4 years but I don’t drive that much (car currently only has 58753 miles on it in 7 years of ownership). I keep up on its maintenance as well. The A/C in this thing is the biggest piece of crap I have ever come across (with the Bob Bell Service Dept. a close 2nd). First time the A/C went belly up on me was two years ago. I took them the car and they claimed to have fixed the issue after having it for a week. I get the car and drive 5 min down the street and same issue with it. I take it back in and they proceed to make other “repairs” upon which they have the car for another week and I take it and same issue. I bring it back a third time and am given a run around with them saying they had to get some special mechanic in to work on it. Had my car another week+ upon which i called the branch manager with my complaint of them not fixing my issue and having my car for so long. Finally got them to at least get me a rental car on their dime after having had the car three+ weeks. Miraculous after having the rental for a day they finally fixed my A/C right. Flash forward to this past month, same issue with A/C. Same process with service from here claiming they fixed the issue but get the car and drive 5 min down the street and still broken. They kept my car a total of 13 business days (2+ total weeks) and finally fixed it. Multiple times I have to contact them to get updates and often times when I get updated… car has just sat there not even had been looked at yet. Why have me even bring it in if you can’t get to it that day or the next? Just terrible business More
I went to Bob Bell Ford located at 7125 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061, in February 2024 because the heat to my Ford Focus EV was not working. This was a car that I had bought a month earlier. When I took it to Bob Bells Ford, they kept it for almost a week before contacting me and telling me there was no issue. When I went to pick it up the heat was not working again, and John Martinez at the service center kept it for another couple of days before returning it to me and this time it was working. Cut to October 2024 and the heat was not working again so I contacted Bob Bell once more. They took my car, and John told me that it had a bad battery, and it was bad when I bought it last time (this information was not shared with me in February 2024). When I inquired about why they did not inform me in February 2024 about the bad battery, they did not have an answer for me, and I had to pay for the battery. If I had known about it in February 2024 then the battery would have been under warranty, and I would not have had to pay out of pocket. They placed the new battery in my car, and I left. Bob Bell Ford sent me an email asking for a survey about my experience with them. I filled it out and gave my honest opinion. I was contacted by John and Christopher Austin about the survey and asked me to change it to something better. In return, they said I would get half of my money refunded. I did as they asked but I have yet to see my money. On top of that my car’s heat still is not working. I contacted them via phone and email multiple times and have not received any response. I would not recommend this place to anyone as my experience was horrible. I was lied to and have lost money here and the problem is not solved. More

Gone downhill. Stay away from this place. 198 for a diagnosis, they will nickle and dime you to death. Tried to charge me two diagnostic fees for one issue. Update: Chris (the manager) reached out and made things right, and apologized for the issues. He made sure my vehicle was taken care of and didn't overcharge me for diagnostics. He was a pleasure to work with. More
I purchased a 2021 Ford F250 from the dealer on 18 May 2023, I received the vehicle late on the 19th, On the 20th I noticed the stereo system had no sound from any speakers associated with the stereo, the 2023, I received the vehicle late on the 19th, On the 20th I noticed the stereo system had no sound from any speakers associated with the stereo, the only one that had sound was the dash speaker. I texted my salesman and he got back to me on the 22nd stating. "I spoke to the lead technician stated Probably had an aftermarket sub or amp … stated I could add an amp or sub if interested or reconnect to factory speakers, this is common on trucks that have been up fitted” When speaking about the truck's price the salesman stated it had many aftermarket upgrades. On the 22nd I Went to the local audio shop, they stated it needed Amp and subwoofers to be like it was, I provided a quote to the dealership, and they decided they didn’t want that so “their” guy stated it just needs to re-wire back to the factory system. Well I didn’t pay for that I paid for an upgraded truck and the PO stated the following items were installed Four (4)- speakers in the doors Two (2) amplifiers One (1) Sub-woofer box with two (2) 10” subs One (1) Epicenter The dealers' resolution is only to get it back to the factory and stated it doesn’t matter what was in it before. This is terrible and unacceptable. More

Adding insult to injury - just visited the parts department of Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie and stood "in line" behind the gentleman before me. After waiting in line for a few minutes, another gentlem department of Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie and stood "in line" behind the gentleman before me. After waiting in line for a few minutes, another gentleman arrives after me and sits down. The store did only NOT acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting but assured the gentleman who arrived after me. Bob Bell Ford continues to disappoint and not show any leadership nor customer service. It's appalling to have to spend your money in a place who treats their customers like trash - I left Stay away from this place if you're looking for quality of work and/or customer service. After picking our truck up with new "broken areas" after servicing here and now this - never again! Would leave at zero if I could. More
I love to be able to go to a dealership and have someone actually take the time to listen. We had a very pleasant experience here.
