I took my car to Bob Bell Kane Street, It took them four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adj four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adjusted, tire monitors were some how not work and oil stains inside vehicle. Within a month I was told my starter was mala functioning, another $1800, now withing week of that, check engine sign is own with oil pump pressure sign. They fix one thing and I see three more problems More

I have taken both of my vehicles there for oil changes and break work. On my last visit I ordered a set of new tires that was a Friday morning was told they would be there friday aftrnoon and car will be and break work. I am not one to usually lambast a business, but Bob Bell Chevrolet of Baltimore doesn't care about its return customers. I needed a truck which they have, but they lied, saying it was sold "two hours ago!" Chevrolet of Baltimore doesn't care about its return customers. I needed a truck which they have, but they lied, saying it was sold "two hours ago!" The truck was still there the following day. So I had a friend called to see if it was still available. They tell my friend that the car is still available and parked right out front. So we call back, and they then tell us the Sales Manager is personally purchasing the truck for himself. Then they made an appointment for my friend to see it after saying the GSM was buying it. Nothing is more frustrating to me then being lied. Just be honest if you don't want to sell the truck to someone or transfer it. No one likes this kind of sale tactic. Sadly, I never thought I would see the day they would do that to a repeat customer. I'll take my business elsewhere. More

So i bought a car yesterday, and asked can i purchase this for MSRP. I said im do not want to be paying dealer mark up. Im willing to MSPR. They said yes come on in. So they tell me MSRP, freight, and tax. For common knowledge freight is already included in MSRP, so original thought is cool MSRP and tax were solid. WRONG, You get in to finance and see that their double charging you freight!!! Will the double charge is additional dealer markup. This is a very dishonest dealer ship that doesn't care for their customers. If it wasn't for i had moved everything over to the new vehicle while we were waiting I would have walked away. If your buying pay attention to your number, they will pull the old cloak and dagger and then stab you in the back. Sales person was great, he forced to do what he told. Sales manager unprofessional, lack of communication and tries to play stupid when you call then out,. Lesson learned. Highly recommend you not buy from this dealership.
