The sales staff was great before I bought the truck. Did not have the truck I wanted in my price. Mentioned that they had a Manger's Demo at the BelAir location. It was the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and they transferred the truck to Baltimore location. Stayed after closing to complete the deal and arranged for me to get the truck the next day. Picked up the truck and found several parts for the bedliner and tow hitch missing. Sales person said she would look for them. Several weeks later and multiple attemps to contact the sales person I am still without the parts. Ms. Sersen will not return my messages. Great service before the sale. After they have your money they want nothing to do with you and will not return messages. More

We recently had a very good experience in purchasing our 2011 Chevy Traverse from Bob Bell. We had done most of our home work before entering and knew they had the vehicle we wanted and the price we were w 2011 Chevy Traverse from Bob Bell. We had to wait for quite a while to get to the financing part of the transaction do to high sales volume at the time, and John made sure we were taken care of during the whole process. He sure loves cars and takes great pride in knowing his stuff about all different makes and models and small details. Two thumbs up John, really appreciate your service and personal touch you added to the whole transaction. The rest of thae staff was good too. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive to get the vehicle we wanted. More
I found a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. The dealership wanted more for it than the internet price, even though I walked in with a check in hand from my finance company. I liked the vehicle, and was surprised to learn (aftr we finished the paperwork) that it had previously been a short-term rental, which is not on the disclosure statement. We were informed that they only had one (electronic) key for the car, but would order another which would be received within a few days. It has now been 17 days and we have not gotten the second key, despite numerous calls. When we got the car home and put the back seat up (it was folded down) we discovered that it was full of beach sand and bits of melted chocolate. When we asked the kids to clean the car out, they discovered a (wrapped, unused - fortunately) CONDOM in the compartment with the jack. The date on the wrapper indicated that it had expired in January of 2008, although the car is a 2010. I am clueless. Helen was wonderful and processed the paperwork very quickly, getting us out of her office within 10 minutes, which we appreciated. Overall, I expected the car to be cleaner inside when we picked it up, as the salesman knew 30 hours before we came in that we intended to purchase this vehicle. The specific nature of the "debris" left behind by a previous driver, whether a past renter or a member of the dealership staff was particularly inappropriate. More

We found the car we wanted on cars.com which directed us to this dealer. When we got to the dealership, the salesman immediately met us outside (good or bad depending on if you like that kind of thing) and to this dealer. We went for a test drive and I really liked the vehicle. When it came down to numbers this dealership was pathetic. They tried to sell us the car for thousands MORE than what it was listed for on the internet saying that the internet price didn't include MD state inspection and freight. Inspection costs about $100 tops and why is there freight on a used car!?!!? So, why the bump in price by a large amount? No reason. Then the manager came out and tried to make it sound like he was giving us a deal by lowering the price a couple thousand dollars even though it was still MORE THAN IT WAS LISTED FOR ON THE INTERNET. So, we said thanks and left. Then, the internet sales manager noticed our inquiry online (unknown to him that we were just in there I guess) and we told him about our experience. His response? "OK, have a nice day." Wow, we will NEVER go near this place again. Talk about your worst bait and switch tactic and 3 hours of my life I'll never get back. More
I walked into the car dealer with the expectation of driving off the lot with a car. When I walked into the car dealer, Mr. Wheatley walked up to me and introduced himself and asked how could he help me driving off the lot with a car. He was very attentive, patient and understanding to my needs. When, my husband arrived, we selected the HHR (2009). He offerd refreshment while we waited. We went through the process of filling out the paperwork and then I meet with with Ms. Silberman. I enjoyed my visit with Bob Bell and would recommend Bob Bell to anyone purchasing a vehcile.them to everybody. More
I wanna start off by saying a nice sales lady named Mrs. Banks greeted me in the lot I was with my mom. I looked at a few vehicles and test drove the Dogde Avenger 2009 and loved it and loved the sales lady Banks greeted me in the lot I was with my mom. However, when it was time to appraise my trade a nasty at titude us ed car manager approached the table stating I'm lucky he likes the sale lady cause she's gonna loose money by him selling me the car and taking my trade! Very unprofessional of him! My mom also witn essed another sales lady with short blonde hair rolling her eyes at my mom and I! Obviously that lady was mad cause she wanted the car I was purchasing for her own customer! Also the managers forget there are customers in the showroom and they are in the office talking loud and saying rude things! If it wasn't for thhe sales lady that helped us get the car I tell you my mom and I wouldve walked Ms banks was nice and friendly but I will never buy from Kane street or Bob Bell again! Management sucks! Also I received a thank you hand written card from Mrs Banks that was nice of her however I will keep in contact with her but buy another car from this place is not gonna happen I live in the area and will go else where to spend my hard earned cash. Ben was very patience with me during my recent buy. I have brought 4 cars from Bob Bell. He answered all of my questions and patiently showed me each car I was intereseted in. I was ready to leave but he took the time to show me how to use the blue tooth that comes with the car. I am not in to tech stuff, but I do like the blue tooth. I am glad he showed me several cars and helped me pick-out my cardinal red SUV. More
