One star away too much. I paid $650 to fix my silverado brakes. After i drove it for 3 days the same problem pops up .returned it to them to fix the same problem. My track was setting there for nearly 4 months i didn't get any updates ..i decided after the long waiting time to go back see what is going on I was surprised that they lost the key I spooke to one lady at front desk about .she said they couldn't do anything to my truck and no refund for i did paid after back and forth a gentleman came from the rear office saying i have to take my truck with nothing been done to it .and they made no working key i just used my spare key to get my track out of there.they were very rude i decided just to live I have all paper work More

We were able to make some commitments that we both kept and it was a win-win for everyone. I was especially pleased with Briana in sales who not only was she very polite and professional but went above and beyond with her customer service skills and with her level of details. Also, George the GM who was absolutely professional, respectful and did what he needed to do to sign off on the deal.
