Happy with the deal. Unhappy with the follow-up On December 21 2017, I traded in my 2015 GMC for a 2018 GMC. The deal and the ease of trade was great. Sadly Alex, my salesman, has since left. In Apr On December 21 2017, I traded in my 2015 GMC for a 2018 GMC. The deal and the ease of trade was great. Sadly Alex, my salesman, has since left. In April of 2019, I received notice from my lease company that taxes for 2018 were due on my 2015 truck. It has been 6 months now and John Welsh and Bob Allen Motor mall have not paid the taxes on the truck that I traded. They were the owners from December 21st 2017, so on January 1 they owed the tax. The lease company paid it and now wants me to pay the money back to them. Multiple emails and phone calls have not resolved the issue. The County Clerks Office in Boyle and Jessamine counties both say there is nothing I can do to fix it. Now I have received a notice demanding payment from the lease company. I am forced into filing against Bob Allen Motor Mall with the BBB and the Attorney General as well as posting my complaint on social media. Bob Allen Motor Mall COULD have easily sent a check in April of 2019 to clear this all up. But they didn't. I guess my 4 new truck purchases weren't enough to warrant them forking out $360.00 that they themselves owed to clear my name from their debt. Obviously, I am now going to have to find a new dealer to purchase trucks from next year. More
Don't bother. Non-responsive and non-negotiating. Called and talked to "Tony" about a $900 price difference on a 2011 Mazda 3. They will low ball your trade, and try to overcharge. I contacted the dealership wanting to trade in a vehicle for a truck they had. They also did not reduce the price of their vehicle from the $2k over KBB value they were asking. I responded to give them a chance to work with me, but they were very short with me and pretty much told me to take it or leave it. I've purchased vehicles from all over the country, and I've seen dealerships like this before. STAY AWAY from them... More

Had cracked windshield and was told to comment insurance fraud by waiting a few months and turning it in. would not discount the $34,000 vehicle by an additional $200 to help cover the uninformed about damages.
