Peace of Mind Recently, on my 2016 Ford Edge, I received a message on my display which read, "System off. Battery saver on". This concerned me since my vehicle is n Recently, on my 2016 Ford Edge, I received a message on my display which read, "System off. Battery saver on". This concerned me since my vehicle is not very old at all so I called Bob Allen to see if I could bring it in. I spoke with Josh in the service department and explained my problem and he said to bring my vehicle in and they would assess the battery to see if there were any problems. There was one problem though ... I was just getting ready to have a major surgery that was going to lay me up for a couple of weeks and I was stressing about how to get my vehicle in and looked at amongst everything else I needed to do prior to my surgery. Well, Josh at Bob Allen came through BIG TIME for me. He got my car in to be looked at, arranged to have a courtesy car drop me off and pick me up, and made sure I had my vehicle back in time to make a required doctor's appointment. Josh gave me peace of mind in what could have been a very stressful situation for me and for that I thank him and all of the Bob Allen employees that made it happen. THANK YOU! More
