Ford Fusion Hybrid I brought my car in because when I travel long distances, the wrench light will come on. Unfortunately they were unable to recreate the problem - understandable. I have no problem with the fact that the car behaved while in the shop. Just one of those things. Don in shop was very nice. I really want to give kudos to Evan (I hope I got the name correct from Sales). While waiting for the car, I asked him if he could help me reset the Bluetooth on the car. My phone had to have the original factory settings reinstalled and when that happened, I lost the capability to call using Bluetooth. He was kind enough to wait for the car to come around and he reset my Bluetooth on the car. More

great service if/when you can get in.. I am very happy with the services provided once I am able to get my truck in line/registered for service. However, it took 4 attempts of me stopping I am very happy with the services provided once I am able to get my truck in line/registered for service. However, it took 4 attempts of me stopping by to successfully leave it for service. Three times, I pulled into the service area only to see vehicles 3 to 4 deep in both lanes waiting to be checked in. I said to myself, "Well, I am unwilling to wait just to drop of my truck. I will come back later....." I am not sure what caused the holdup, but it sure seems to be systemic.... More

Negative experience I have never had issues with the service department at this dealership until a visit this past weekend. I was told there were a few safety recall items on my Escape that needed to be repaired, so I scheduled an appointment. A few days before my appointment I called to report a few other issues going on with my vehicle and if they could be looked at while I was in for my appointment, one of them being my low tire pressure light was on. She asked if I could bring it in a few hours earlier to allow for extra time to look over the other issues, and I agreed I would. When I brought it in Saturday morning I felt like the associate (the same person I had spoken on the phone with a few days before) was acting rushed and not really listening to everything I was saying. I was told regarding my air conditioner that she couldn't get it to malfunction for her and they "can't fix something that's not broken", but that they would take a look. I didn't appreciate this attitude and had a bad feeling about my visit from there. I reminded her about my low tire pressure while I was speaking with her. When I returned to pick it up I asked if my tires looked okay and she said they did. We went out to check if the tire light was still coming on and it was. Another associate proceeded to fill my tires up with nitrogen. The light did go off after I left, but two days later it came back on. I took it in and they discovered I had a nail in one of my tires. This left me wondering how something like this would have been missed if the tires were really looked at and the pressure checked while it was with them on Saturday. Maybe "we can't fix something that's not broken" was the case with my AC, but there really was an issue with my tire, and it was missed. After I had reported the low pressure not once but twice, and also was cooperative and brought my car in a few hours earlier for them as requested. Luckily they agreed not to charge me for the tire repair after I had explained the situation I went through. I'm hoping my future experiences will be more positive ones. Possibly if I ask to speak with a different associate who listens. More
Gentleman lacked tack and was slightly rude. Told me my tires for life would be terminated if I don't get his $100 alignment today. Did not present any other options.
