Excellent & Professional Shane was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and stated I could leave it for the day. Later Shane was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and stated I could leave it for the day. Later I found a problem with transportation and needed my car sooner than thought. I called and Shane had their service men get my car right in. He called and let me know what they had done and what they recommended. He told me exactly what time I could pick it up and it was ready for me when I arrived. Quick lane is quick I love the convenience of being able to pop into the Quick Lane for an oil change. Two Cars Don was great in getting my cars in and fixed. It did take a little longer than expected, as they were very busy. They have put it in the system incorrectly and I have tried several times to get it corrected. We have the premier and it states that it is the lower one. I have been told several times that it will be corrected but it never gets changed. After buying several cars over the years I might have to look other places as I hate dealing with this every time the car needs work More
