Efficient and Timely Maintenance I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance ("The Works" package). I arrived around 8:15 and was finished by 10:00am. I asked to have the service technician pay special attention to the battery, as my car has been hesitating on startup the last couple of weeks. Everything checked out fine (though the car is still hesitating on startup). Only 2 small item to improve - I haven't been in the service area since they changed the way the process works. I used to check out/pay the person who checked me in and this has changed. I think the new process is more efficient but it wasn't explained to me. Also I didn't receive the vehicle report card from Curtis when I was paying the Cashier. However, she was very helpful and made sure I got a copy of the report card on my way out. All-in-all, a very good experience. And I think the new process is more efficient. More

Awesome Collision Repair They went above and beyond to fix a minor probelm with my vehicle. Several other places were going to force me to have some additional cosmetic repair They went above and beyond to fix a minor probelm with my vehicle. Several other places were going to force me to have some additional cosmetic repairs that they did not not. They got the job done for $250 ish vs the $1900 bid from somewhere else. More
