Mark, the service writer, immediately accepted the vehicle, provided an estimated time line, and asked if I needed help with a ride home. The entire process was 100 percent as it should be - great customer service, outstanding work product, and a completely positive experience. I strongly recommend Bob Allen Ford Service Department and will never again stop anywhere else. More
