The service manager lacked communication skills and proper updates throughout the repair process leaving a lot to be desired. Consistently had to reach out for updates myself. Acting like there was no proper updates throughout the repair process leaving a lot to be desired. Consistently had to reach out for updates myself. Acting like there was no time in the day to provide proper updates nor to explain in depth what was taking place. The entire motor was being replaced and I was not told in common language. It was frustrating and something that could have been easily avoided. Based on that interaction, why would I want to come here for service or to purchase a future car? More
Service department lacks basic customer service attitude. If you're ok waiting around for 10 minutes in front of 5 people before one bothers to look up from their monitor to greet you, you'll like it. Had car trouble while visiting in Overland Park and made an appt with service here. Brought it in the night before because appt was early the next morning. Called to check to see if they had diagnosed the problem at 10 am and they had not. Promised to call me as soon as they had. Called at 12pm, they hadn't looked at my car. Called at 1:30, and they said it was with the technician. It's 2:45 and no phone call from them. I've tried to call 4 times and it rings and rings and no one answers in service. Common courtesy would be to at least call ME and keep me updated on the progress or lack of it. No courtesy and apparently no common sense. More
Worse costumer service experience! Took my car a GT350 Shelby for and oil change and some service on the breaks pads! Making to much noice. Josh very rude person complained about changing them even if I’m paying for a package that I purchase went I buy my car, anyways that’s not the problem this guy probably ask mechanic to abuse my car because, he was mad of doing a service that I’m paying for it. They put 51miles on my car and use 3/4 of my gas tank. This is very unprofessional from this people to use some else cars! Also they kill my tires! Having all the prove that josh abuse my car Mark Dale service manager! Was sitting on his chair the hole time that I was talking to Him doing nothing but just saying that’s he will fill my gas tank! That’s not a favor to me because my car as already a full tank of gas went I leave it at the shop! Anyway did not fell comfortable with the situation decide to talk to Derek president manager of service! At lease he get off his sit and find out what happen to my car! But after talking to his people he came to me with another excuse saying that they drove my car all the way to 435i and drive it back! I have picture of all the this miles and tires! This is very unprofessional from all your employees specially Josh, you guys need to do something about it because this is not the 1st time this happens to me! Mark and Derek should do something about but they decide to do nothing but just keep sitting down on their chair! Very very bad costumer service More
9 hours for service with an appointment Recently had my 2015 Explorer in for routine service (oil change and tire rotation). Bob Allen had previously indicated rear pad needed changing. I call on Monday and outline what need to be done, they scheduled me for Friday at 9 AM. At 3 PM I get a call that rotors needed replacing then ask if I wanted to change spark plugs?? Up selling like the Quickie Lube shops? Anyway indicted it should be ready by 5 PM. Arrive at Bob Allen, Explorer is still on the rack, last car and mechanic in the whole shop. Wait another hour then, presented with the bill, and WOW! I guess the brake coupon did have any value. I had used Bob Allen for routine maintenance and have always been slow 1.5 to 3 hours. Sorry my time is valuable then waiting on this group. Anybody know a good reliable shop in the area who appreciate their customers? More

The Service Manager, Jonathan Pankrez, went out of his way to help in getting my Ford Fusion fixed within a couple of hours of my call for assistance. He not only immediately knew what the issue was, but stayed at the dealership on his personal time and waited for my car arrive. My car was fixed and back on the road ASAP. He went above and beyond my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend Bob Allen Ford - Jonathan made a believer out of me that extremely high customer service is still out there! Thanks for a very suburb experience. More
