He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and the inventory. The business manager was helpful in selecting the extended warranty coverage. My only comment regarding improving would be the time that is takes to negotiate the price. I felt that there was an extended period of waiting for the pricing on the vehicle. We were there from 3:00pm to 7:15pm on a Saturday and still wasn't able to complete the paperwork. We had to return on Monday for an hour to complete the transaction. I know that we will be handled well post sale, too. We have been very pleased with the service department with our previous vehicles. More
