Where do I begin? We test drove our new car with no intent of getting it that day, but hoping to purchase it in the near future. We had been in discussion for two weeks with Don Cox and Ray Blanco abo intent of getting it that day, but hoping to purchase it in the near future. We had been in discussion for two weeks with Don Cox and Ray Blanco about different options and had no doubts we were going to purchase sooner or later from Bob Allen. We have our F150 serviced by Bob Allen when needed and have always been impressed with the customer service. Working in customer service myself for more than 8 years, Bob Allen's employees set the standard for quality service. My husband and I test drove our "dream car", gave the keys back to Ray and Don saying, "we LOVE the car and hope the car is here in a few weeks when we are able to buy it." Ray and Don said we could work on numbers to see if it could work to take the car home that day and sure enough, the car is now in our driveway. Everything, from the first email discussing a future purchase to the last sale paper being signed, was SEAMLESS. We were treated like we were purchasing a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor even though it was a used vehicle. Our children were spoiled by all the employees and even though we were there for 3-4 hours, it didn't feel like it. Jason Hensley in finance treated us like we were longtime friends and even fed our hungry kids crackers from his desk. I really don't have the words to express the gratitude and happiness we have from our experience with Bob Allen. We are definitely lifelong customers and will tell everyone about our experience (already have!) and hopefully bring more satisfied customers Bob Allen's way. More
Marcus was very professional and courteous. He kept me updated on the status and timeframe of the service work. I haven't done any price comparisons for awhile, but the Tires for Life program is amazing updated on the status and timeframe of the service work. I went to purchase a used vehicle and the service I received was above my expectations! I was a little nervous about my credit, but they got me below the payment I was willing to make and without a co- received was above my expectations! I stopped in to just look and price a car.When they did not have on the lot,the exact car i was looking for they,searched and found my dream car and worked with me on price.The experience overall was very not have on the lot,the exact car i was looking for they,searched and found my dream car and worked with me on price.The experience overall was very good.I also had a problem with car within a couple of hundred miles and dealership got it towed in and into service and back to me same day.I did not have to wait for service to be done as well and was given a like car to take home and come back when my car was done. This is not our first car buying experience with Bob Allen. Since 2007, my husband and I have purchased all our vehicles from Bob Allen and every experience has been pleasant! Because we were treated with respect from the moment we came through the door, Brad Hewlett, and his father, Bob, earned our business and respect. My first vehicle, a 2007 Edge, was "totalled-out" in a fatality accident on an Oklahoma highway. After getting home, I contacted Brad and after expressing concern for our well-being, asked what could he do to help get us into a vehicle without any hassles. I picked out a 2008 Edge and we were in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes! In 2010, My husband traded in his 2005 Fusion for a 2010 Taurus and was, again, treated with the same, excellent customer service! The transaction was again a smooth one, again, hassle-free! And when our vehicle had not arrived when we were schedule to pick it up, we were supplied with a complimentary vehicle for the weekend! Although a new car purchase was not the original plan, when we went into Bob Allen on Friday, February 3rd, I am very pleased with end results! From the moment we decided to trade in our 2008 Edge and upgrade to a 2012 Edge, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we got the vehicle with the amenities I wanted and financing that fit our budget! A big thanks to Jason, for working finance magic, Ray for searching high and low and finding my vehicle and getting it to the dealership the next day! Overall, all our car buying experiences have been positive and we tell our friends and family that if they want a great car buying experience, to visit Bob Allen Ford. THey will be glad they did! I was in the market for a New 2012 Ford Explorer and I had some specific interior and exterior colors and options that I wanted. I was able to build a new Ford Explorer through the "Ford" website and it had some specific interior and exterior colors and options that I wanted. I was able to build a new Ford Explorer through the "Ford" website and it referred me to Bob Allen Ford. Chris Scudiero in internet sales with Bob Allen Ford contacted me to set up an appointment to view and test drive their vehicles. I noticed that their dealership had the most Ford Explorers on their lot to see but for one reason or another, they didn't quite have the colors and options I wanted. Chris however, was really listening to what I wanted and quickly had an idea. Within a few minutes, he came up with the vehicle I was looking for: it was sitting right on the unloading dock at the railroad station in KC! Chris told me if I wanted it, he would drive out to the railroad yard and pick it up for me to have it ready the next day. I decided I would like to purchase the vehicle and it didn't take long after that to come to an agreeable sales price that I thought was very reasonable. We completed the paperwork and Chris said he would have it ready when I got there next day. With the vehicle not being on the dealerships lot, I was a little sceptical that it would be ready by the next day. BUT LISTEN TO THIS: as I was driving out of the dealership parking lot that day, a vehicle transport full of new cars came driving up and I could see my new car on the transport being delivered to the dealership! I went home knowing it would be ready and just as Chris had promised, Bob Allen Ford had it all checked out, cleaned up and a full tank of gas in it by the time I got there the next day. The dealership delivery person completely went over all of the vehicle options and capabilities so I could understand how everything worked and then I drove away in my new 2012 Ford Explorer!
