I have nothing but good things to say about Bob Allen Ford. In the period of 5 months, my husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them. After having had a horrible experience at another local Ford Ford. In the period of 5 months, my husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from them. After having had a horrible experience at another local Ford dealer, we were not in the best of moods, but we decided to stop in to see what they could do for us at Bob Allen. We were greeted at the door by a very cheerful Kelly Gray. Kelly really took the time to understand what we were looking for and to understand our unique situation. He got to know us as people, not just looking at us as dollar signs. We were looking at buying one SUV, and perhaps two, depending on what kind of deals could be made. They didn't have the exact vehicle my husband was looking for, but they were able to locate one very close to it at their sister store, and were willing to install, at their cost, the accessories that were missing that we wanted. After doing the numbers, it was determined that we would, in fact, be able to get that second SUV. Backtracking just a bit, we didn't get to the dealership until about 6:30 pm. We all know that it takes a long time to buy a vehicle, so double that for two. Not once did we feel pressured to hurry so he could get home to his family. In fact, he told us that he would stay as long as needed and not to worry about it. After an excellent experience with Kelly, we were then introduced to the finance manager, Jason Hensley. Let me tell you right now, Jason is a financial genius. This man knows his stuff inside and out. And again, Jason never made us feel pressured to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all the questions we had and added personal stories and examples. In fact, the cleaning crew had arrived by the time we all left for the evening. My husband and I each left with two great vehicles (a Ford Explorer and a Ford Edge) and Kelly and Jason went home knowing that they had earned loyal customers for life. Fast forward 4 months. Life circumstances make it necessary for my husband and I to trade in our beloved SUVs for more economical vehicles. This time, it was like working with family. Kelly is extremely easy going and fun to work with. He had gotten to know us both well enough that he was able to pick out the vehicles that we would like before we set foot on the lot (we had called him in advance to make sure a trade-in was feasible). There were some issues with one of the vehicles we purchased, but they were promptly taken care of, even the ones I notified them about after the paperwork was signed and the car was driven off the lot. They could have easily told us that we would have to use our warranty and pay the deductible, but they didn't. In fact, they even gave us a rental car for a week at no cost to us. Back to our time at the dealership... After working with Kelly, we again went to see Jason to do the paperwork. He was just as friendly as last time, so it definitely wasn't a fluke. This man did everything in his power to make sure we got the absolute best rate available. He is simply amazing! The owner, Brad Hewlett, even stopped by and thanked us for being Bob Allen customers. Again, at the end of the day, we got two great vehicles, and Kelly and Jason have loyal customers for life. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the cookies! When you buy a vehicle, they send you a tin full of the most scrumptious cookies you've ever had in your life as a thank-you gift. Word of warning: I believe those cookies are kept somewhere in a secret vault at Bob Allen. I tried to get another tin of cookies out them, and that just wasn't happening :) Bottom line...cookies or no cookies, Bob Allen Ford is by the far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We will return when its time for our next set of vehicles (hopefully a long time from now). We are proud to be a part of the Bob Allen family! More

I have purchased cars from Bob Allen Ford for many, many years and have always been extremely satisifed each and everytime. However, when I went into the dealership this time the level of product from the years and have always been extremely satisifed each and everytime. However, when I went into the dealership this time the level of product from the manufacturer, the entire newly remodeled dealership, dealership customer service and overall professionalism has been taken to a whole NEW level customer accomodation ans satisfaction. I truely believe that they were there to serve me and my needs and I would challenge anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to experience what they have to offer. I am 43 and have purchased a lot of vehiles in my life, everything from the $200 beater car that barely made it home and never ran again to the brand new luxury model cars. But when I went in looking for a new car this time I needed a car that was fuel efficient, well-equipped, family-friendly, spaciousness and sporty I found it on the showroom floor literally. Sitting there was my 2012 Ford Fusion SE in Steel Blue, it is the one in the commerical running now with the owner Brad Hewlett talking about the dealership. It is in the background over his left shoulder behind the orange BOSS 302 Shelby 500 Mustang. The car was perfect, not some base-model with nothing on it where the price goes up $5,000 just to get a/c and radio. A well-equipped beautiful car ready to go for anyone interested. I sat down with Ray Blanco and Rusty Nicholson and we discussed my needs and wants in a professional atmosphere, like a business meeting should be. We agreed on a course of action and determined that the Fusion over the Focus had a better incentive package for my financial position verses the Focus. I test drove a V6 and a inline 4-cyl and choose the inline 4-cyl to get the better mileage. Surprisingly, the 4 cylinder is no slouch it gets great mileage but has power like a 6 cylinder when you need it. Smooth, roomy and very comfortable for me, I am a big and tall guy with a bad back so these issues are everything for me and the Fusion delivered in a big way. Ray and Tim Smith both talked about how they both own Fusions for their families and they have been extremely satisifed with their cars. The honesty and time they spent with me and my wife sold us on finalizing the deal. While completing the the financial package Greg Marquis was polite, honest, direct and sincere while getting everything setup with the bank. There was no hidden or questionable fees or confusing paperwork. In fact, he was able to improve the original deal which was considerably better than my research had indicated. The salesmen all stayed late on a Friday night to move all the other cars off the showroom floor to get my new car out and prepped for delivery that night. THEY EVEN DELIVERED IT TO ME WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL !!!!!! Mind you we didn't even start to do paperwork until 500pm when my wife got off work that day, we were there until 800pm, thanks guys. If you need a economic car, a work truck like legendary F-150, a family car like my Fusion, luxury car like a Taurus or anything else I can not stress enought that you got to Bob Allen Ford and talk to them, no pressure or strong arming to do get a great vehicle. Also, ladies let me say while I am a man I always watch how sales people treat women, specificaly my wife. I feel 100% confident that if my wife needed to go to the dealership for any reason that they would show her the honesty, respect and courteasy she deserves. Bob Allen Ford competes on all levels for your business, the same as any luxury car dealer. With Bob Allen Ford you can save money, get World Class Customer Service and a 1st Class American vehilce made right here in America by Americans and your money will support the lcoal and national economy. Someone was always available to help me, even when I showed up without an appoinment. Everyone was so friendly. They made a usually stressful situation (buying a car) fun. Settling on a final purchase price was done in a timely manner. Getting into the financing office took an extended amount of time. Overall visit time (only drove 1 car) took over 3 hours. Every time you go to the dealership they courteously open the door and greet you...eager to serve your needs. Our salesman, Jay Walker showed us around the dealership beeming with pride, it was great to see such enthusiasm from an employee(that says alot). He worked very hard making sure we got the vehicle we wanted and the service we deserved."Thank You",Jay and everyone at Bob Allen Ford for the great experience. Where do I begin? We test drove our new car with no intent of getting it that day, but hoping to purchase it in the near future. We had been in discussion for two weeks with Don Cox and Ray Blanco abo intent of getting it that day, but hoping to purchase it in the near future. We had been in discussion for two weeks with Don Cox and Ray Blanco about different options and had no doubts we were going to purchase sooner or later from Bob Allen. We have our F150 serviced by Bob Allen when needed and have always been impressed with the customer service. Working in customer service myself for more than 8 years, Bob Allen's employees set the standard for quality service. My husband and I test drove our "dream car", gave the keys back to Ray and Don saying, "we LOVE the car and hope the car is here in a few weeks when we are able to buy it." Ray and Don said we could work on numbers to see if it could work to take the car home that day and sure enough, the car is now in our driveway. Everything, from the first email discussing a future purchase to the last sale paper being signed, was SEAMLESS. We were treated like we were purchasing a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor even though it was a used vehicle. Our children were spoiled by all the employees and even though we were there for 3-4 hours, it didn't feel like it. Jason Hensley in finance treated us like we were longtime friends and even fed our hungry kids crackers from his desk. I really don't have the words to express the gratitude and happiness we have from our experience with Bob Allen. We are definitely lifelong customers and will tell everyone about our experience (already have!) and hopefully bring more satisfied customers Bob Allen's way. More
