Bob Allen Ford has incredibly friendly staff and at no point during the browsing of the cars did we feel pressured into making a decision there and then. In my opinion this was the best customer service I point during the browsing of the cars did we feel pressured into making a decision there and then. We have purchased 6 or 7 cars from these guys. They have treated us with such professionalism from the very beginning, and now, like family. My mother in law bought a car from them. The sales person Jerome was great, but that was the end of the good. When they were prepping the car after the sale, they pulled the tint off the real window while removing the price sticker. The rental car smelled terrible and had a funk to it. The service crew was not friendly. When we picked up the title information for the car the first time, they wrote the wrong make on the paperwork. The second time I came in to pick up the corrected paper work, no one knew where the paperwork was kept. The third time I came in the nice girl at the switchboard had no clue waht I was talking about. Luckily she found it after a couple minutes of looking. As I said, Jerome was great. Everything else was second or third rate. More

On Saturday morning, they offer Synch classes which I attended and asked a question concerning the heating/air conditioning. The instructor came out with me to my car and we went over the whole thing, including defrosting the windows. Nothing to do with Synch. I have yet to go for a service call, but I believe that the helpfulness and friendliness will also be there. I am also quite sure that the quality of the work will be superb. More
We went to Bob Allen Ford because they were the only dealer in the area who had a 2013 Mustang V6 convertible available for a test drive. I originally had no thoughts of buying a car there since there dealer in the area who had a 2013 Mustang V6 convertible available for a test drive. I originally had no thoughts of buying a car there since there are numerous other Ford dealers much closer to our home. Chris Scudiero met us and went on a test drive with us. He then introduced us to Jay Petznick. They were both very friendly and helpful and tried to convince us to purchase from them. We weren't ready to do anything at the time and let them know we would consider it. A few days later Chris called to inform me they had received a red convertible. I was out of town and stopped by to look at it on the way home. That car was what I wanted but I still wasn't ready to buy and wanted to talk to closer dealers. After a couple weeks our situation changed and we decided we were ready to buy. We were considering a used 2011 but wanted to see about the red one at Bob Allen Ford. I told them I would bring my MINI Cooper in for an appraisal and a quote for a trade in. I went there without my wife because she was unavailable at the time. They gave me a quote and I told them I would talk to a couple of other dealers and make a decision. I then went home and started looking at reviews of the dealership and sales staff. After that research, I decided to make the purchase from Chris without going anywhere else. I picked up my wife and took her there to make sure she was OK with the color of the car and the deal. We accepted the deal and drove the car home. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and look forward to a long future with them. Not only are they very pleasant and professional but I am convinced that I wouldn't have received a better deal anywhere else. More
I will very rarely give anybody or anything an excellent rating. To me that means there is no room for improvement. Hence my rating of 4 out of five. If I could have given you a 4.5 I would have. Now we just have to find the right travel trailer to hook up to this bad 5.7L Hemi Dodge Ram 4X4. More

I purchased my new Ford Edge last month(March)and from the moment my Husband dealt with Laura, our initial sales manager, to the time I picked up my car from getting leather installed from Matt, we were T the moment my Husband dealt with Laura, our initial sales manager, to the time I picked up my car from getting leather installed from Matt, we were THRILLED with the service we received! We were made to feel like family from the start and each time we had interactions with the sales team, we were given reassurance and the confidence that we were making the right decision. They exemplify excellence, they are professional and at the same time, LOADS OF FUN!! I was given a clear understanding of the functionality of my Edge and even classes held at the dealership, that I could take to learn the "Sync" system better. What blew me away, was about a week after my purchase, we received a gift from them, thanking us for their business - and it was cookies!! Cookies in the mail...who does that and how did they know that chocolate chip was my fav?! Another opportunity came when I was given a loaner car through their on-site rental company - Enterprise. I was less than thrilled to be given a dirty car with a minimal amount of gas, so I expressed my concern with my Sales Team and not only did they apologize and express sincere understanding...they came down to my job and switched out the rental with a Ford Edge...once again, I was blown away...I even tried to talk them out of it, since I was getting my car back in one day, but they insisted. Each and every time I step into my car...I think about my "experience" and it makes me more proud of my purchase - everyone should feel this way after buying a car! I love me some them. More
