I purchased a new 2010 Ford Focus a couple of years ago. I am nearly 65 and it is my first Ford! I have had Honda and Acuras only over the last several years. Whenever I have a question, I always top by and ask for Woody and he is always gracious to help me. As far as your service is concerned, I have always been treated like a Queen. All of them have been very professional, the waiting room is very clean and of course serving Starbucks is a great choice. When I check out the girls who take me payment are always very professional and kind as well. One of these days I will get my second Ford! More

I especially thank Ron Hamilton first for thinking of us(and contacting us)when the exact car we were looking for became available, and for the flexibility he exhibited to allow us to ultimately get the car we really wanted. I can't imagine that this would have happened at many other dealerships, and without his efforts, I wouldn't be in the vehicle I've wanted for years. He took the time to explain all the details of the financing, and show me in detail how everything broke down. By then I had had time to rack my brain with more questions about warranties, registering my new car, etc. and he was able to answer everything for me.
