We're fairly new to the Kansas area from PA/NJ & my fiance decided to purchase a new Ford. As we pulled into the customer parking area, a friendly gentleman came out of the dealership to greet us. His name was Jerome Tolliver. We had an idea of what vehicle we wanted, so he took us directly to the 2013 Ford Explorers. There were several on the lot to choose from. What a PLEASURABLE experience we had. There were no high pressure sales tactics, no flim flams or mixing of numbers/options involved. We received a quote with several options, thanked him for his time & off we went to the next Ford dealership. The next dealership wasn't as friendly or as personable, so after lunch we returned to purchase the vehicle we liked most from Jerome @ Bob Allen. My fiance can't wait until his new vehicle arrives from the factory in a few weeks! Bob Allen/Jerome Tolliver, Thank You for the exceptionally wonderful service!! Coming from a Customer Service background myself, when you genuinely provide high standards of service, you become accustomed to expect the same in return. Bob Allen/Jerome Tolliver did NOT disappoint. It feels good to know when you (the customer) are appreciated. Even Mustang, the dealership's pet pooch was friendly & gave high fives!! (lol) Hey, we could've purchased our Ford from anywhere, but we'd rather purchase our vehicle(s) from a dealership that raises the bar & appreciates our business! (Even if we are Philadelphia Eagles/Phillies/Flyers/Sixers/Union fans)....lol Yes, I would recommend this dealership & YES, I would purchase another vehicle from them. In fact, I'm headed back one day this week to select a Ford Focus/Fusion for myself. More
I found myself in a financial nightmare and contacted Bob Allen Ford via internet, Larry Brown called me in reference to my inquiry but I was not available so he left a voicemail. I did not have an opportunity to return his call and he took the initiative and contacted me again two days later. I made an appointment with him and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted in the most welcoming manner and my experience escalated upward from that point. Larry Brown was very professional, asked questions of what I was looking for and why I was looking to trade. He spoke with his Sales Manager and Finance Manager and returned to me and said he was going to go get my new car and would be right back. I have always selected my own vehicle in the past but he had such a professionalism about him that I was completely at ease with him making the selection. When he returned and escorted me outside to view the car, I was incredibly satisfied with his choice. We took the vehicle for a short drive and he explained all of the functions of the vehicle and upon return to the dealership, he set into motion all aspected of making the sale all the while making certain I was aware of each step and that I was comfortable during the process. I then met with Jason Hensley for the financial portion of the trade and he also was extremely professional and made certain that I understood all aspects of the contract. Having just separated myself from a horrid relationship, I had nothing more than my clothes and my car and no funds. The entire staff at Bob Allen Ford stepped forward and "took care" of me during the entire process. I felt no pressure or stress from anyone and each member of the team made me feel they genuinely cared about me personally and did everything possible to make my experience amazing. I will return to Bob Allen Ford in the future as well as recommend all of my friends and family to them. I cannot express the overall positive experiences I had while there and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. After my purchase, several members of the team went to my vehicle with me to make sure I understood the different functions of the car. I must say, the situation that I was in and the way I was treated brought me to tears of sadness in trading a vehicle I love to tears of joy for the new vehicle I was purchasing along with tears of gratitude for the compassion of the team. The people at Bob Allen Ford are exceptional and I recommend the to the fullest. More
I bought a Lincoln zephyr from Bob Allen Ford in August, paid 14,000 dollars cash for the car. Little did I know that I would be spending another 800.00 plus dollars for 4 brand new tires and 4 bushing arms paid 14,000 dollars cash for the car. Little did I know that I would be spending another 800.00 plus dollars for 4 brand new tires and 4 bushing arms had to be replaced also. This a bunch of crap. My husband calls the dealership speaks with a Mr. Hamilton told him what the problem is and Me Hamilton says to my husba nd what do you want me to do about it? Really? Bad customer service!!! I will NEVER buy a car from Bob Allen Ford again. Olathe Ford will get my business More

Found a great used Escape, price was good. Floor mats and backseat headrests were missing, and they replaced them with parts from another Escape.
