Have been looking for a used Jeep the pasts few weeks in the great KC area for our son (only to lose out to them as they were already purchased). Once we located the Jeep at Bob Allen, Trevor was quick, professional, and courteous in helping us quickly move forward with the purchase of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with less than 27,000 miles on it. Service department lacks basic customer service attitude. If you're ok waiting around for 10 minutes in front of 5 people before one bothers to look up from their monitor to greet you, you'll like it. We went to bob allen after a horrible experience at another dealership. It was so refreshing to sit down with a non pushy salesman- D was so nice and worked very hard for us to get the best deal. Had car trouble while visiting in Overland Park and made an appt with service here. Brought it in the night before because appt was early the next morning. Called to check to see if they had diagnosed the problem at 10 am and they had not. Promised to call me as soon as they had. Called at 12pm, they hadn't looked at my car. Called at 1:30, and they said it was with the technician. It's 2:45 and no phone call from them. I've tried to call 4 times and it rings and rings and no one answers in service. Common courtesy would be to at least call ME and keep me updated on the progress or lack of it. No courtesy and apparently no common sense. More
