Could have been really bad I originally went in for new brakes and an oil change. While he was test driving my Focus, after replacing the brakes, the mechanic heard a sound that I originally went in for new brakes and an oil change. While he was test driving my Focus, after replacing the brakes, the mechanic heard a sound that, due to poor hearing, I didn't. Turns out that the right rear wheel bearing was pretty bad. They fixed it and now I have a safe car. More
Outstanding I came in because I was having mechanical problems with my 2010 Ford Edge which I bought new from Bob Allen. I expressed that I would rather trade it I came in because I was having mechanical problems with my 2010 Ford Edge which I bought new from Bob Allen. I expressed that I would rather trade it than deal with the mechanical issues to Jerome Toliver. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he was able to put us in a 2017 Ford Edge. My wife was overwhelmed with joy. I have been a long time customer with Bob Allen Ford because of 5 star salesman like Jerome Toliver coupled with a quality product.
