Tricky problem solved I have a 2016 Ford Transit Connect wagon. I found out the antitheft lug nut key had been lost, meaning the wheels could not be removed. This is not us I have a 2016 Ford Transit Connect wagon. I found out the antitheft lug nut key had been lost, meaning the wheels could not be removed. This is not usually a problem since Ford dealers have a master set of lug keys to use. However, it seems the locking lugnuts on my car have the pattern on the outer perimeter of the lugnut instead of a recessed pattern on the end of the lugnut. I was an automotive mechanic for more than 40 years, so I know exactly how thorny this problem is. The service writer and especially the mechanic who removed the locking lugs provided service beyond the normal level. More
